I was extremely dissapointed in this spa. I read the rave reviews but believe they must be an inside source. If you actually go to the spa, you will know what I am about to review.

Reception - nice and reception area was also welcoming.
Change room - dusty and dirty floors
Treatment room - just ok and nothing really special, to be honest, with wax on floor and dustballs in the corner.
Treatment - I selected a relaxing massage. Well, it should have been relaxing however, there is a little gym or daycare directly above the spa on the second floor. Who knew??? They are apparently open 7 days a week so you will never have a relaxing experience. The massage therapist asked me if I wanted to turn up the music to block out the running and stomping feet coming from above. Music was already turned up enough to enjoy a massage that was supposed to be relaxing! Well, it wasn't and I wouldn't ever go back or recommend it to anyone else.
PARKING - also a challenge.
I wanted to speak to the manager, but she was nowhere to be found. I left my name and number and did not receive a call back. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tried to call the spa to speak to her and I went in to voice mail on the two attempts during the day. Not an overall good experience.    -
