Once you start using the international delight French vanilla fat-free creamer for your coffee it’ll be really hard to go back to using anything else. I have tried to go back to regular creamer and honey or sugar and it just doesn’t have the same awesome taste. Waking up is super hard for me and my coffee needs to be amazing and it this creamer helps it to get there. It’s sweet but not overly sweet and adds smooth silkiness with its cream to make your coffee mellow out. You could make the worst tasting coffee taste the best with this creamer I highly recommend getting it! -

I really like this version of mustard and I think it’s amazing in our deli sandwiches Panini‘s as well as hotdogs. The hubby and I love anything with spice in it and this is a very strong flavor that also has a kick to it at the end of each bite. Going back to regular mustard is very hard because it just doesn’t have the same tastiness that the bold and spicy version has. If you’re thinking that your mustard is boring try this version it is so tasty! -

We picked up these garbage bags at Rexall and it’s the generic brand for their drugstore chain. I have to say that they are pretty big for the generic version and I love black garbage bags because you can’t see any of the gross yuckiness that you throw into it. These garbage bags only lost a few stars with me because they are easy to tear and rip if you have anything with a sharp or jagged edge in it and will puncture the bag. But they do serve it’s purpose and why spend more money on a brand name when you could have the generic version? -

I used to use this religiously when I was in high school to treat acne breakouts. Out of the entire Neutrogena acne stress line this is the best cleanser in my opinion. The microbeads that are in the scrub do a really great job of getting all of that guck out of your pores and I really love the cucumber as well as green tea extract that is in this scrub. The only reason of why it lost a star is that while it’s great at treating existing breakouts and bringing down the size of your acne it doesn’t really do a full job of preventing the breakouts fro happening. You will still get breakouts if you suffer from a severe case of that or cystic acne. I think that this is a pretty good scrub to use during the wintertime because it’s not overly drying. Overall after having used so many different types of brands and now having shifted to Korean beauty skincare I think this is a great choice if you are in high school but for more mature skin I would not recommend it. -

I have never used tiger balm before however it was recommended by my Chinese medicine doctor to help me with my migraines. Anytime I have a migraine attack I dab some on my temples and I also breathe it in deeply and it helps me to focus on something else as well as to reduce the nausea. I also use it on a daily basis before I go to bed, I dab a little bit behind my ears because the pressure point there tends to get a little messed up overnight due to teeth grinding in sleep and this helps to relax it. This is also really good if you are having any type of back pain it is a great topical type of balm to immediately relieve muscle tension and has worked for the hubby. To me this smells exactly like a stronger version of Vick’s Vapor Rub and you can find this on amazon or in Chinatown. A little goes a very long way one of these 0.7 fl oz tubs can last me all year. -

This is one of my favorite instant miso soup packets around. This also is a pretty good deal for around five dollars you get eight packs. This miso soup is very strong, is flavorful, and it’s packed with seaweed, wheat cake rolls as well as green onions. I love it that this is very quick to make and portable. So long as you have hot water and a bowl you can make this. This miso is a very healthy soup to have that is only 30 calories and has very very little fat. -

I tried foam cleaner back in high school when I was using the Neutrogena acne stress control line. I think that it’s a mediocre type of acne cleanser in comparison to the power cream wash and scrub. Those two are more effective at combating acne. The foam wash just to me didn’t have a lot of substance to it and it also didn’t feel as though it cleansed my skin very well. I also noticed that when I used this form cleanser as opposed to the cream cleanser my breakouts were not treated as effectively. This does not prevent breakouts from happening if you have cystic acne or major breakouts this will help only minimally with that. If you are not that acne prone and get the occasional pimple or two and you want something that is hydrating and not too stripping of your skins natural oils this may be a good option for you to have as it’s made with green tea and cucumber. -

When the hubby and I went to Aruba we discovered an amazing aloe farm that manufactured anything that you would ever need with aloe to combat dry winter skin as well as to treat and prevent sunburns. They ship to Canada for a flat rate of $15 and the aloe products that they make are very high end. One of the products that I love is the lip balm that they make that deeply moisturizes and has vitamin E in it as well as SPF 15. I have tested this lip balm out not only in the Caribbean but up in Canada and it works well in both places. When I use this lip balm outside in the cold winter air they do not chap and I’ve also noticed it provides good sun protection. There is slight eucalyptus scent and it doesn’t taste like anything. By far this is one of the best long lasting lip balms I have tried. -

The hubby and I have been trying to cut out pork in our diet in order to be healthier. We picked up a package of these chicken hotdogs this past week and they are just as delicious as pork hotdogs, I can’t really taste the difference. They are tasty and they smell delicious, the only thing that is different about them is that they are slightly thinner then regular hotdogs. I like it that you can grill them, they hold up well on the grill, microwave them or cut them up and stick them into cream pasta. These hotdogs are also gluten-free for those with special dietary needs and if you are trying to cut out pork in your diet like we are this chicken version is it tasty choice. -

I used to use this acne cream wash as a daily facial wash to help combat acne in high school. It is a pretty gentle and moisturizing face wash. I think that if you feel as though this cream wash is too heavy (it feels like you are applying a lotion onto your skin) you can use the foam cleanser which is lighter. The wash feels like a whipped creamy lotion and I will say that it does help slightly with oil control. When I apply it to my skin it feels like a cooling mint sensation is going on there and it smells like cucumbers. This is a great cleanser for the winter time, as its not too drying and the ingredients in it (cucumber and green tea) help to reduce my acne inflammation of pimples and redness. I found that out of the three cleansers in the line (foam, cream and scrub) this is my second favorite, as it doesn't totally prevent breakouts, I still got them but they were reduced in size and they went away faster. -
