I've been buying this a lot at London Drugs to add to my yogurt or oatmeal in the mornings. These are sweetened cranberries so they add that little something to make my morning breakfasts taste better. I like it that these bags are resealable to keep the freshness factor going and these fruits can also be eaten on its own as a healthy snack. -

I have a weakness for salami and have already bought this a few times at IGA. This is a delicious tasting salami that isn't rock hard like other brands are. This is great to have on its own as a snack with cheese and fruits or in sandwiches/paninis. For those of you that are gluten free, this is the deli meat for you. I'll continue buying this because it tastes so good and is only $3! -

I recently got a tub of this at IGA because its low in saturated fats, has no trans fats and is made with olive oil. Its got a great taste and I've used it in a few dinner dishes and can't tell the difference between this a butter. I was also surprised to see that its a good source of Vitamin D, Vitamin A and Omega 3. If you are trying to watch of what you eat try this, we haven't been disappointed. -

I was surprised to find this in a Japanese store in Whister and growing up this was one of my favorite rice toppings. It is slightly spicy, you do get that kimchee flavor (although it isn't too strong) and this still makes for a tasty seasoning for plain white rice. I normally do a generous sprinkle onto my hot white rice for flavor, and these bottles last a long time after opening. -

I picked up the smaller sized package of this sliced turkey to try it out before we committed to the larger size. It was on sale ar IGA for a little over a dollar and surprisingly it was very tasty. This turkey is sliced very thinly so you do need to use a bunch of it in order to make it decent sandwich but it is a good turkey to make paninis or sandwiches with. We also slice this up and put it into omelettes for breakfast. Overall I will be picking up the larger size so we can start using us from now on. -

I bought this at Rexall for $1.79 and didn’t have too high of expectations for this. It claims to reduce pore size and while it didn’t do that for me it did bring out some white heads to the surface so I could get rid of them. This may be a thing of where you’ll see results after prolonged use. There is a lot of product in each packet, you can get two uses out of one package and when you apply it there is a very cool and refreshing sensation that is quite relaxing to the skin. It doesn’t tighten too much and it will dry your skin so make sure you moisturize afterwards. I didn’t see any crazy good or crazy bad results. I was also kind of shocked that my skin didn’t have any type of reaction to this product at all. If you want a cheap clay mask to put on to relax this is a good option. -

I love mint chocolate, however the mint in this bar is very subtle but its still refreshing in each bite This chewy, crunchy chocolate bar is delicious overall but I just wish that the mint flavor was stronger, that is a personal preference. At 250 calories and being loaded with fiber, nutrients, and it being so easy to carry around this is an amazing, energy bar to have with you. -

I also had little to no expectations for this palak paneer and I was very surprised that this was so tasty and had just the right amount of spice. I love it that all you do is heat this guy up in your microwave for about two minutes and it’s ready. You can add things to it, i’ve done that before, like onions, garlic, and more spices, but this is so tasty as it is that you really don’t need to alter anything with it. Palak Paneer is very hard to make and this totally beats having to do it on your own. I also love it that this goes on sale at London drugs two for five bucks which is a great value and deal! -
