I am one of those people to like to try different meals and places to eat when I travel, which I used to do a lot. I did and do not often eat spicy foods because it causes me discomfort. I finally got fed up with indigestion and heartburn from eating and gave Zantac a go. They have a variety of strengths, so I was confused on which to start with, but I thought the lesser strength would probably work well, and turns out – this was perfect! This is really quick to kick in, which is great if you are on the go, are having an unexpected meal or food that might bother you. Depending on whether or not you have eaten or drank prior in the day, the amount of time can vary – anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, just like advertised! Not only has this helped me to eat some foods I had written off before, but it also helps me sleep if I happen to have trouble due to acid reflux, which I sometimes get from other medication I take before bed. -

The amount of product you get for a reasonable price is great the bottle is HUGE! I chose to try the mango flavour, which did not disappoint. It had the perfect amount of fruity flavour and it was not overly sweet. I'm not a huge fan of thick yogurts - I wasn't expecting the smoothie version to be as thick, but that I think is the products biggest turn off for me. I didn't enjoy the thick texture enough to want to make this a regular household buy. However, If I mixed this in with a general smoothie or just with some milk to thin it out, I enjoyed it better. I would still recommend this if you can get past the thickness of the liquid.

This only slightly smells like lemon - it smells more like a general cleaner, but it does mask the odor of using the bathroom and prefer it to room spray. This is perfect for travel or to use in public washrooms, especially when they already smell. We have been using this for two of us for about a month now and there is still plenty left, so I would say the price is worth the small bottle. They claim it works for 100 uses at 3 sprays each - I only use one spritz usually. I did have some issues with the pump now and then to where I would have to hold it at an angle for it to pump. Perhaps it's just a mis-sizing of the tube inside - not a deal breaker for me though.

I love that this is a plant based sunscreen, but my excitement stops there. I was a bit disappointed that this had difficulty absorbing into the skin. It is a thick and heavy cream formula (the face version is lighter) and It leaves a prominent white/blue film of the product on until it is completely absorbed, which seems like it takes ages of rubbing (definitely not a throw on and go out type of product). Afterwards, however, there is no greasy feel or chemical smell - in fact the smell of the lotion is pretty great; I picked up some lavender in it's scent!
You can tell that this is truly waterproof by the amount of time it takes you to clean it off your hands. If you are going to buy this and give it a go, I would suggest getting a small bottle. Since it is a natural product, it does expire rather quickly - even more so than the packaging states.

I love the idea of having a vegan (non-dairy) ice cream. This product is based off of almond and coconut milk, along with pea protein, but you most likely would not even realize that this was not traditional ice cream, unless you are someone who prefers super creamy versions. If you are lactose intolerant or vegan – this might be the product to satisfy your sweet indulgence cravings!
This is creamy enough, sweet, and has a decent amount of peanut butter fudge-like sections, peanut bits and cookie chunks; it has a vanilla type of base. I would say this was on the sweeter side, although I have no complaints otherwise about the ingredients or taste. I do wish the peanut butter and cookie portions were mixed a little better, as they often were on their own throughout eating, rather than getting a good blended taste of the two. I appreciated that this did not melt quickly either, so you can enjoy the treat and not feel rushed to get through it before it turns into liquid. This is on the more expensive side, but I was able to have this over a period of 3-4 days, which makes it seem worth the price!

I have been a fan of Canada Dry for years now. I do not often drink pop, so I lean toward flavoured waters – especially carbonated ones! Sometimes these can be a little too sweet for me, and I end up watering them down, but I did not have to do it with this club soda. I was really hoping for more flavour out of this, however – there was just an initial bit of citrus flavour and a slight aftertaste. The main consumption of the club soda had no flavour at all. I have tried their other flavours and enjoy them much better. I do appreciate that there are no calories and the flavour is natural.
This is best drank when chilled to give it that crispness you would normally associate with these types of drinks. I probably will not be purchasing this flavour again, but I will still enjoy the others in their line of flavoured club sodas.

Throughout the years, I have used these to hand a variety of things including: posters, brooms/sweepers, art, clothing, shower items etc. If you apply these correctly that can hold a reasonable amount of weight. If you have this placed in the same spot for a really long time and go to remove them, they do have the tendency to pull off paint and wallpaper. Also, these really are not going to work if you apply them on a textured surface - it must be clean and flat! If you're too lazy to drill proper hooks or cannot make holes in your walls, these are a great solution! -

I was quite disappointed in the quality and lack of flavour of this ice cream. It’s more of a gimmick than an actual treat. They’ve boasted a “light” chocolate ice cream with M&M;minis. I guess because of the formula of the light chocolate, it gives the ice cream a less than creamy texture, which gives it a bit of a dry consistency – it breaks into pieces rather than scooping smoothly. There are plenty of candies throughout the ice cream, so no complaints with those – they taste the same as regular versions, which was a plus.
I find it funny that they call this a light ice cream but on the back of the label, it states in all caps, “THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A LIGHT FOOD.” I realize that ice cream is not the healthiest of things to eat, but it seemed like they were trying to market this as a healthier version than their previous chocolate. It claims this contains about 70 calories less than a full fat (rather than light) ice cream, but it also contains artificial colours: yellow 5, red 40, blue 1, yellow 6, blue 2, and less than 2% natural flavour. It also contains Carrageenan, if you are watching out for that. This is a nutritional nightmare and I won’t be finishing or buying this in the future.

I’ve used the jars of powder in the past, but those are quite large to carry around. I love that these individual packs are easy to carry in your purse or bag and are available to use any time I want. If you use these in flavoured drinks, you of course won’t taste any difference with the powder mixed into it. Sometimes with these products they make water taste a bit funky, but I’m happy to say that this Benefiber product does not! If you have normal to moderate digestive health hiccups, this will assist you for the day and even two. I cannot speak to how well it works with those who have more severe irregularities.
