I really like the brush on this mascara because I find that it's the type that helps eliminate clumping. The one bad thing about this mascara is that if you're looking for volume, this is not the mascara for you. What this mascara is wonderful for is length. For people with thick lashes that just want longer ones, this is perfect. I'm the opposite; I have long lashes and want volume. However, sometimes I like this type of mascara if I want noticeable lashes without it looking like I'm wearing false lashes. My one problem with this mascara is that it's basically the same brush as Julep's Length Matters mascara, which I think is much better quality and it gives more volume along with the length. As well, this Covergirl mascara claims to be waterproof, but I don't think it really holds up to that. All in all, it's fairly decent for a drugstore mascara. -

I've used a lot of different hair colour brands over the years, and often revert back to Clairol. I know that I can trust their brand every time for consistent, effective results. My hair is hard to colour sometimes because it pulls red, but Clairol at least does a decent job of more or less looking like the box. It's always a bit darker because I do have to leave it in longer to counteract my hair pulling red, but I buy the colours knowing that ahead of time. It is very inexpensive, and while a lot of people turn their hair at box colour, I don't mind it. I find Clairol is one of the longer lasting ones, and the smell isn't that bad when you're applying it. Plus the conditioner they give you always smells beautiful. -

I usually don't have much luck with heat protecting sprays. Normally I find that they make my hair frizz when heat tools are applied after using the spray. I really like this one because it doesn't make my hair stiff, sticky, or greasy. It doesn't have an overly strong smell and it certainly doesn't make my hair frizz or smoke when I use heat tools on my hair after applying this. I've only used it a few times since I got it recently, so I'm not 100% sure on the long term benefits of this, but based on the times I have used this product, I am extremely pleased with it. -

I am really pleased with this product, although I haven't been using it that long. My hair is extremely dry and damaged from over processing it with multiple layers of colour, so I went a little crazy at the drug store and bought a bunch of new hair products. This is probably the favourite one I got. It has a pleasant scent and texture, and doesn't leave my hair super greasy or stiff feeling. It makes my hair soft and shiny, and also adds another layer of protection when I style my hair. I use it right after I shower, and then right before bed as well and let it sit overnight to repair even more. Also very decently priced for the quality that you get. -

These were less than exciting. While they were soft, oaty, and chocolately as promised, they didn't exactly taste very great. They had a weird taste to them, and like my husband said almost spot on, it's like you can taste the preservatives. I think that's what I don't like about them: they just taste fake and packaged. Would not recommend. -

I love their fragrance mist! A lot of true perfumes are too strong for me and I get sick from smelling them, but the lighter scents from bath and body works are really nice. I still get the pleasant smell from a perfume, for way less of a cost and without the breathing problems. I'm currently obsessed with the Country Apple scent that was part of their limited time collection from the 90's. Awesome! -

I love the Green Works product line, but I really like the dish soap the best because I have quite sensitive skin that reacts badly with many strong products. This soap doesn't make my hands itch or break out, but it's still tough on the grease and grim that builds up on my dishes. A safe, gentle product that definitely gets the job done. -

When I was a kid, as kids do, I used to stick these on the ends of my fingers and pretend I had witch nails. However, my family didn't really eat a lot of chips so we didn't have them that often. Then as I grew up I kind of forgot that they existed, but recently I found them again at a dollar store and bought them on a whim. They are annoyingly addictive (although I suppose all junk food is). I'm not really a chips person, so I liked that these aren't your basic potato chip. Of course, there is zero nutritional value and they are terrible for you, but no one eats junk food for health improvement. As a little treat every once and awhile, or at parties, this is a fun spin on your boring potato chip. Also, I like the nacho cheese flavoured ones. -

Currently Julep offers five different duos that you can pick from. I ordered the duo "5th Ave & Broadway," which was a nice combo of a champagne shimmer and a matte blush pink. At first I was disappointed in the product because of how I applied it. Normally I use a brush to apply my eyeshadow, but I found that made them look too powdery and not as pigmented. After a little bit of experimenting, I found that using my finger to apply the shadow gave me the results I wanted. Like Julep's other makeup products, the texture of the shadow was smooth and soft, and applied nicely to the skin. I usually use three colours when I apply eyeshadow, and I find that a mid- to light brown in the creases/corners completes the duo perfectly. I'm excited to try the other duos! -
