I didn't find that these things did anything for me. Overall, I think the most effective thing that kept a cold away was just taking extra vitamin C and eating clean. Overpriced, waste of money.

As someone who gets a cough every fall and winter, these things are the holy grail of throat lozenges. They don;t have a gross flavour that is overpowering. They're effective and yummy, just what you need when you don't feel great!

I tried these a couple of times and every time I woke up with it off of my nose. Apparently when I was asleep I took it off because it was bothering me. It opened my nose, but my unconscious self does not approve.

This stuff only stings if you've been scratching. Otherwise it's amazing! I get eaten alive by bugs in the summer, and this saves me every time. Even when it does sting, I'd rather the sting than the itch.
