(Which is now called Malt O Meal) Every variety we have tried has been great! Recyclable packaging and I love that it's resealable. When packaged as Sally's it looks healthier with their claims. But, whatever - I grew up on fun cereals & as long as you don't over-indulge - have at 'er.
There are so many varieties & they are all great tasting & probably healthier than some of the other sugary cereals. I'm not fanatical about it - I just go for taste! and it's great!

Having weened him off of those with the use of this natural vitamin/supplement - his mental health & agitation improved considerably... and he rarely even caught a cold while using it. I just wish he would use it more often! -
Brew Dr. Kombucha - Assorted Flavours
Got hit with a quick sore throat/sinus cold & had just bought some Brew Dr (assorted flavours). I saw there was a Ginger Turmeric flavour & was pleasantly surprised it was not overpowering. It went down nicely & helped cool my otherwise irritated... +

It went down nicely & helped cool my otherwise irritated throat. It's fizzy, which helped my other cold/flu like symptoms. Definitely making me feel more comfortable. I will buy this brand again. -
