Bought luggage for my son to use on a 5 day bus trip. Since then the luggage sat up in his cupboard for 5 years. Forgot it was there until he moved out. Not a cheap suitcase was around $350-$400 . Took it on a weekend trip and one of the wheels fell apart. Emailed the company and they were prepared to send me a new wheel for free but shipping was going to cost me $80 AU plus taxes. No alternative to ship from another country so luggage is useless unless I buy cheap and Ill fitting one on eBay. I have a cheap overnight luggage from another brand I’ve had longer that gets used multiple times a year with no wheel issues. Won’t be purchasing again I’m afraid. Sometimes you don’t get what you paid for. -
