Snow Showers Jelly is a fun squishy soap that reminds me of Jell-O! It has an awesome scent; sweet and spicy orange-lime fragrance. The scent also lightly lingers on the skin for a few hours. I've used this product on my face and I had no issues...the product does not sting or irritate the eyes. It provides an effective clean with a rich lather, and does not dry the skin out. The soft soap can be a tad messy to use because chunks of the product breaks off and ends up down the drain. -

Father Frost Soap has a pleasant and elegant flora scent. It cleans effectively without staining the skin or tub. The soap also moisturises but it's not overly greasy or oily. It leaves the skin silky smooth after-use. Father Frost provides a luxurious lather but not creamy. The soap has a fairly long life span in that it doesn't just melt away quickly. On LUSH's website the soap is suppose to be indigo blue, but my bar is black...what happened?! Final thoughts: I product that I will purchase again because it makes a nice hand soap or gift. -

Kiehl's Lip Balm #1 has A rich, thick and consistent texture, which reminds me of Vaseline (i.e. petrolatum jelly). I like that the balm is clear/colorless, and the product glides on easily, effortlessly and smoothly. This product brings instant relief to sore and dry lips without the heaviness or stickiness, and it sinks into the skin. The balm leaves lips smooth, soft, shiny and glossy. The con, there is no applicator... I strongly dislike using my fingers to apply any lip products. Another con is that the balm is a bit pricey 15 ml for $12.XX. I wish the product was higher on the SPF spectrum - it should be at least 15! Upon examining the ingredients, I discovered that the product is mostly petrolatum jelly - I could have paid a lot less and gotten more product had I purchased a tub of Vaseline. -

I was slightly disgusted by my first whiff of Body. There was a sharp pain in my brain and alarm bells were going off in my head, screaming synthetic and artificial! The initial spike in fragrance hit me hard because it smelled like "skin", musk, or a stuffy c-train packed full of sweaty bodies.
After the scent calmed down my impression of the fragrance changed dramatically. It is a fresh yet dewy, clean and cheerful smell but it lacks in the "umph" department. I am very disappointed with Body. I expected a fragrance that encompasses sensuality with a touch of youth and innocence.
In my opinion, Body is not unique or memorable. I would not purchase Body because chypre floral does not suit me. For those who do purchase Body, it is a long-lasting fragrance and very wearable for everyday activities.

I was quite disappointed by how watery the gel was. It was more like a serum consistency than a gel. Bottom line: I would not repurchase this product because the product appears watered down. -

I am head over heals for Up You Gets Emotibomb. It has a ultra light pleasant scent; citrusy, lemon-lime, grapefruit. Since I am frugal, I break this emotibomb into 3-4 chunks. This product is food for the soul and mentally refreshing. I place a piece of the product on the shower floor and the oils released makes feet smooth. Sometimes I place the emotibomb on a soap rack, which extends the life of the product and allows it to slowly release oils and scents. I would repurchase this item in lieu of air fresheners. -

I love this buffer! It is super easy and fast to use, non-scented, and creates mega glassy shine. The tear drop shape buffer is the perfect shape because it allows me to get close to my cuticle area and the edges of my nails. The shine gradually wears off after a couple of days and the nails reverts back to its natural state...say good-bye to the unkept chipped nail polish look! Cons: The shine doesn't last long on my finger nails; about 3 days maximum. Bottom line: It's a must have for everyone! The buffer goes on sale frequently and apply a $2 coupon manufacturer's coupon (MFC), which is commonly found in Elle Canada magazine. -

Buffy the Backside Slayer is a high quality exfoliator and a rich and luxurious moisturizer. I don't need to use lotion after using Buffy, which makes this is a great time-saver. It leaves my skin flowing and super soft. The product also leaves a protective film of oil on the applied area of the skin. It has a pleasant smell that is a light lavender fragrance; a natural/organic scent. I wash with a bar of soap or body wash then rinse off. I turn off the tap and use Buffy, gliding the product *LIGHTLY* in circular motion over my elbows, knees, legs and feet. Then I rinse off the ground rice, almonds and aduki beans. I either lightly pat myself dry with a towel or allow my skin to air dry. Sometimes I find Buffy a little too abrasive and scratchy on my skin. I dislike how the bar leaves leaves my tub a little gritty and oily. -

I adore the exotic shampoo scent: sweet smelling spicy cinnamon with herbs. The shampoo provides a thorough cleanse - squeeky clean and shiny hair. I think the product is a tad harsh- kinda dries out my hair...making it "crunchy". In short, it's a nice product for that once a week deep cleaning treatment and for people with oily hair. -

I find that this toner is not as effective as my regular drug store brand toner; the tea tree water does not seem to remove makeup and oils as well as drug store brands. However, I really like how gentle the Tea Tree Toner is on my skin; the product is not harsh and does not dry out my skin or strip away natural oils. The toner removes some blackheads (after multiple uses) and leaves my skin feeling soft and refreshed. Bottom Line: I'm on the fence about repurchasing this product or not. I like that the toner doesn't contain alcohol, but the effectiveness is quite mild for me. -
