This is my go-to shampoo for when my hair needs a reboot from product buildup! It deeply cleans my hair without leaving it dry (I have oily roots) and makes my hair feel soft and bouncy from not being weighted down by other products. I only use it once or twice a month, or as needed.
It is on a higher price bracket than other similar shampoo, so I try to buy it when it is on offer, but it worth it even if it is full price. This shampoo always brings my hair back to life!

I like washing my hair every day because I just can't get past the awful look and feel of my super greasy and dirty hair after just 1 day of not washing it... Enter Batiste Dry Shampoo for dark hair! It does come in handy when I want to prolong my hair straightening or curling for another day or two. I don't use a lot of it, just enough to absorb the greasy look, and then I try to blend it into my hair as much as possible. If I use too much it does make my roots feel dry. For a quick fix in between washes I think this dry shampoo works well for my needs. -

Most people I know say they can't even enter the stores because the smell is so overwhelming. Not me! I love going into Lush! I love how everything is so colourful, nicely displayed, minimum packing, amazing handmade products! I would buy more often if I could afford it, honestly! The stores are usually busy (well, pre-pandemic anyway) so I liked to go in there with a clear idea of what I was looking for. This was also handy for me as I prefer to have less interactions with store associates anywhere, unless I need assistance with anything, but associates at Lush are always friendly, welcoming and willing to provide additional information when required. -

I am a big fan of anything lavender so I was very excited to try this body lotion and it did not disappoint! The scent is quite noticeable so I imagine it can be a bother to others, but I use it before going to sleep so it works great for me.
This lotion does help me drift off into sleep, but even if it didn't do that I would continue buying it for the scent alone. The lotion is very rich, it goes on smoothly and it leaves my skin feeling very soft and moisturized - I think there's some sheen to the product also? My skin absorbs it quickly, the lotion doesn't just sit on my skin, which I like.
