I'm a huge fan of Dr. Colin Hobson. He's got the best bedside manner I've ever experienced and he's engaging while examining your vision. His practice has state of the art equipment and his staff are absolutely delightful. They tend to carry more high end brands for frames but do surprisingly have some more budget friendly options that don't look cheap or dowdy. Overall I highly recommend this practice/store for all your eye care needs. -

I got into juicing about 8 months ago and use my juicer if not daily then several times per week and while I find the screen a bit tiresome to clean it has been worked hard and I'm impressed with the quality of the juices I get. One of my favorite juices to make includes beets, carrots, ginger, mint and parsley. Another fave is a green juice with kale, cucumber, apple, celery, iceberg or romaine lettuce, parsley, ginger and sometimes if I need a bit of a kick I toss in a seeded jalapeño pepper. -

SDM had them on sale recently for $2.50/100 per pack and I used a .50 off coupon and got them for $2 per package. That works out to .02 cents per napkin so excellent bargain! -
Ragu original with mushroom pasta sauce
