I was able to try the hair mask through the review club. I am glad that i did, because it a bit pricey and don't think that i would cough up the money for it on the spot. But in trying it and seeing results through healthy, shiny, manageable hair I would pay for it. I would rather it be in a different container becasue like others i tended to scoop out more than i really needed to put in my hair but that was the only drawback. It was thick and smelled wonderful and coated my hair great! -

I used this shampoo for the first time through the review club. I have to say that the scent it had was very nice and light and the shampoo itself was thick and you didn't have to use alot to get the job done. After shampooing my hair with it for a few days i definitely saw a mark improvement to my overall hair texture and shine. I have very thick (tends to frizz up) wavy hair and fly aways disappeared and it was very silky to the touch. It is a little on the expensive side of pricing for such a small bottle but like i said a little goes a long way! Definitely a keeper for me! -

I recently got this toothbrush through the chickadvisor review club. I've always wanted one of these toothbrushes because i had heard positive things about them but couldn';t bring myself to spend the coin. Let me tell you that the effectiveness of the toothbrush is excellent. The feeling of the toothbrush in your mouth is a little bit weird at first but very easy to get used to. Once you get the hang of it the timer that is built into the toothbrush is great in making sure that each quadrant of your teeth get thoroughly cleaned. I started off using the clean funchtion, which is the highest, but found that my gums were a tad sore the next day and I switched to the sensitive function and have had no further complaints. The packaging also state that the toothbrush whitens your teeth with regular use and I fully believe that because my teeth feel so smooth and clean I can't imagine that there can be any stains left behind. I don;t believe I've used the product long enough to see any visible results but with every use I am confident in the fact that there will be. The extra attachment for between the teeth is an awesome bonus that comes in handy and I use it in addition to flossing. Overall a great power toothbrush and I will continue to use it and replace the head as needed. A positive review that I will be sharing with my friends and family. -

I recently got these Crest 3D Whitestripes through the Review Club. It was great timing because I had a posh wedding to go to and was feeling less than stellar about the whole thing. The very first day I put a set of the strips on, which were very easy to apply, and began timing. They were super-easy to apply and did not slip or stray from my teeth for the entire two hours that they were on. As a matter of fact I had a bit of trouble trying to peel the suckers off my teeth, leaving a small amount of residual goo.
First off, I did not have any tooth sensitivity while wearing the product but I have to admit that the next day there was a dull ache that wouldn't leave my teeth. This only lasted throughout the day and I haven't had any problem since. The two hours didn't seem like an overly long period of time, as i was at home doing very little anyways. Why not whiten teeth while doing laundry!
I have to say that i have in the past used other whitening systems for both 7 and 14 days and have to admit that I saw better results with them. I don;t know if it was because I saw a gradual change in my teeth and so assumed that they were getting alot whiter or that the 2 hour system I was expecting too much of a change and only saw a slight glimmer. I see a small improvement in my teeth and a brighter smile. Just be warned that I did see a few white spots on the front of my teeth (where i panicked alittle but the box does address this) and they did disappear over a period of a day. All in all, I would use this product again as a freshening up of my smile but if I wanted a dazzling whiter set of pearlies I would look elsewhere.

I received the four pack of cottonelle Ultra bathroom tissue in the mail just as i was running out of tp. What a nice surprise! Being a bit of a thrifty bird my family has gotten used to toilet paper of the noname variety and both my husband and daughter both commented on how soft the paper was. It was also very durable and becasue of that i find that we are using less per swipe. So to speak! There is very little fluff left floating in the air and my daughter doesn't sneeze as much when doing her morning routines. This must be because of the Cottonelle being dust-free.
The family is under the consensus that we should be making the switch from 2star t.p to 4star t.p. And the Cottonelle Ultra toilet paper has made me realize that cheaper isn't always the best option.

I recieved my water a few weeks ago and was very impressed with each of the flavours. I hate drinking straight plain water but for the sake of my health i having been trying to do my best. This enhanced vitamin water was sweet enough to be a pleasant refreshing drink. I didn't feel that it had an artificial taste that so many different diet drink have. My 11 year old daughter also found each of the flavours to be satisfactory.
I enjoyed Aquafina Plus so much that i have since bought it on several occassions outside of my home. I love that it is only a 10 calorie beverage with the added benefits of vitamins. It has totally replaced diet pop in my daily schedule.

I recently received my Febreze NOTICEables through the review club. Having two wonderful, smelly indoor cats makes it a challenge at times to have the freshest environment around the household. I cracked open the box of Lavender Comfort and Gentle Vanilla and set it up. The set-up was super easy and was as simple as plugging the oil into the warmer and the warmer into the wall outlet. Soon the entire apartment was awash in lovely scent. The alternating fragrances are very complementary, and light. I set the warmer on low and when i step into the place after a long day at work it is like heaven. Just enough scent to make it a lovely atmosphere without the added headache of smelly stuff overload. After a few days i have to say that they scent hasn't dissapated like other brands of scented oil product would. And i can't wait to try the other scents as well. My family is happy with the product and the cats seem to be happy too! -

I received the "eraser" through the chickadvisor product review panel. Maybelline is a leader in innovative products and the Age Rewind Eraser Treatment foundation is no exception. The sponge applicator is very different and i too have had some reservation about cleanliness after use. But all this aside, the coverage that the applicator provided is great. I have some fine lines on forehead and around eyes and the product does indeed fill them in. The only problem that i have with the eraser is that the coverage is light when it comes to covering up the redness of acne imperfections. I am currently dealing with adult acne and when i have a large bump on my face the foundation is no match to a thicker brand. But I have to say that Maybelline has a nice light scent, which is a bonus. I have not noticed any long term changes to my face, such as evened out skintone, but i am willing to keep trying the makeup to see if this changes. Thanks again for the chance to try the product, which overall i feel was a sucess! -

I recently was sent a full size bottle of the lemon scented Vim to try for the Review Club. I had never tried Vim products before because i was under the impression that they would be messy to use and smelled bad. First, i have to say that the lemon scented Vim had a nice light smell and the consistency of the cream was thick and coated easily on surfaces. I used the Vim on the bathroom counter and also tackled the bathtub with it. The product was a tad gritty but overall it cleaned up any staining with ease. No scrubbing required!
I will definitely be using this product on a regular basis now. It did a great job cleaning the bathtub with minimal elbow grease. And that is a feat in itself, having a 10 year old tomboy of a daughter who is more dirty than clean most of the time, painting a nice ring around the tub when i finally persuade her to take a bath. Hooray for Vim!

I received the coupon for the review club and immediately went out to search for the icecream. At first i had trouble finding this relatively new product from Breyers but eventually snagged it from Shoppers. I am glad that i had the coupon because it had an advertised price of $9 and change and i felt that this was pretty steep for icecream. I bought the strawberrries and cream variety at the request of my 10 year old daughter. we got it home and scooped it out of the container with the new icecream scoop that came with the coupon (THANKS) and sat down to give it a whirl.
First, i would like to say that i seldom eat icecream because being in my early thirties my diet has started to be a concern. But my daughter loves icecream and i seem to be dishing it out to her on a regular basis all the while craving it but behaving myself. To my delight this icecream boosts that it is an icecream with half the fat than regular icecream and i fear that this is why it was priced to so high in the first place.
To my amazement in taking the first spoonful of the icecream my daughter and i had huge smiles on our faces. Hers because truthfully she is loving the flavour and me because i can hardly believe that they have scimped on the fat content of the icecream but it really doesn't taste that way. My daughter thought that it was just the "bomb" and i have to agree. She suggested that we hide the icecream in the back of the freezer so that her dad didn't get ahold of it and eat it all on us......and i did!
Selfish? Maybe, but he can get his own. I seldom eat icecream but i will be eating this own without guilt, and more than likely i will be buying more. The price sucks but it's the little pleasure in life that keep us going right?
