I love these convienient to go cups! Healthy and easy to eat from container! You could even make the foil lid into a spoon if need be! I love the flavours and that there is no added sugar. I love Mott’s for that reason! These are really great for after surgery or the dentist when you need to be on a liquid diet. I even eat them with cottage cheese. My family loves them too! -

I suffer from allergies all year long and some seasons are severely harsh. My mom had one so I tried it because my nose and ears were plugged. First for what it is I don’t think the quality is good. You could find something similar at the dollar store. It took a bit getting use to. I tried about 3-5 times consecutively at the same time. For me it didn’t work. And it felt really strange the pouring and draining. Did not like it for that reason and the fact it didn’t work. The reason I said thumbs up is because just because it didn’t work for me it’s worth a shot for you to try. Btw, it did work well for both of my parents. -
