wow!!! this really really works for me ...i work a very physical job and some days are very hard to get through... how ever when i take this i have a lot more energy and not a lot of pain ... i would say that the pain is more of a discomfort now... +

i have always used Mckenzie seeds in my garden ... they have never failed me yet...you get a lot of seeds for under 3 dollars and the seeds are good and they sprout within two weeks ...love this brand they have never let me down!!!!
