I rarely ever leave reviews. The service has to be either incredibly good or the most horrific ever for me to do so. In this case, it was the latter. I have super fine long hair that has always curved inwards. I wanted a trim to even out the ends...   +

I rarely ever leave reviews. The service has to be either incredibly good or the most horrific ever for me to do so. In this case, it was the latter. I have super fine long hair that has always curved inwards. I wanted a trim to even out the ends and I told the hair stylist to cut the hair in a way that encourages the ends to curve inwards. I was clear that I don't blow dry my hair and that it just naturally does what it needs to do. She looked at me puzzled and then nodded. She blow dried my hair for 45 minutes insisting that it had to be dry and that I had to stand up for the cut (because I guess she didn't want to raise the chair?). The haircut took 5 minutes, and $80 later I walked out with hair flat as a pancake and the ends curving any which way. I went home to wash it and the ends look disastrous. I went in with hair that looked healthier and was less unruly than what I walked out with. I will never go back here and I don't recommend this place to anyone. I now have to go to another salon to get a proper trim.    -
