The price is definitely up there, but it's so worth it! My #1 use for this product is to dip a Q-tip and fix waterproof eyeliner mistakes. I really like the non-greasy formula because I can fix my liner in the middle of my makeup routine without adding oily residue to my face. Cuts through waterproof mascara and liner to wipe it completely away, effortlessly! A HUGE PLUS is that it does all this without stinging or irritating my eyes! Worth the price tag and will be repurchasing. -

I received this product for free to try from the chick advisor review club, and have been testing it out for about a week now. I like that it is gentle (doesn't sting my skin or eyes) and doesn't leave a greasy residue (I hate feeling oily). It removes lip and face products pretty well, but overall is too gentle for my needs. The #1 task I use makeup remover for is to fix mistakes in my eyeliner application. I use a waterproof eyeliner pen, and found that this makeup remover made the liner smudge instead of wiping away to create a clean edge. It couldn't correct my liner, and also couldn't remove it without using a lot of physical pressure to wipe the eyeliner off (as opposed to it easily coming off due to the remover itself). Will be going back to my old makeup remover products. -

I received this product free to try, and have used it every day for a week. I do a lot of work on the computer at home, and usually have to wash my hands after putting cream on to avoid it transferring all over my keyboard. For this cream I didn't have to! It's non-greasy, fast-absorbing, and also doesn't leave an unpleasant waxy feeling that a lot of moisturizing creams tend to do. I've started using it as a night facial moisturizer, and it does a great job without causing me to break out. I really like the scent as well, very pleasant. Will definitely be purchasing this product in the future! -

I am a fan of the glass skin makeup trend, and had been searching a long time for drugstore options to achieve a glowing, non-greasy but natural look. I tried every drugstore "glow enhancer" lotion I could find, and this product gave the best natural glow for the price point. Most of the other products I tried appeared too obviously sparkly and didn't look natural. The L'oreal Lumi Glotion applied much smoother than the other drugstore brands I tried, and also gave a more natural, pearlescent sheen where the sparkliness was present but more lowkey. I wear the glotion underneath my foundation. I personally find that the glotion isn't enough to replace a good primer on its own, but delivers a comparable result to other more expensive products such as VDL lumilayer primer so I highly recommend this product. You also get a good amount (40 mL) in one bottle of the glotion so that's a plus. -

The recommended review picture shows a pencil when I posted this, but mine was a solid stick in a silver twist-up tube. The stick lasts a long time and I like the hydrating circle in the middle of it. This concealer gave fuller coverage and I liked it for concealing acne, but it was difficult for me to blend and I feel that it accentuated wrinkles in the skin more than it covered them. Would not recommend for delicate, more wrinkle-prone areas like under the eyes. Overall I think there are much better alternatives for concealer. -

The price was reasonable for drugstore, and I really like the packaging - the pump bottle keeps things hygienic and prevents the liquid foundation from going everywhere. I thought the formula wore well, but I am light skinned with yellow undertones and wasn't satisfied with the colour match as most of the lighter shades are more catered to pink/neutral undertones. I was also confused when I went to the drugstore and compared colourstay normal/dry and combination/oily - bottles of the same shade # viewed side-by-side did not appear to be the same shade. -

I have yellow undertones and was able to find a good colour match. Overall I like the way it wears, but will be looking for another drugstore foundation to replace it for a couple reasons. 1st: among drugstore options it's a bit more on the expensive side. 2nd: it's difficult to see unless the formula is under bright light, but there are a lot of sparkles in it which I don't really like. Though it does not deter me from buying it, this product also does not have a pump dispenser so the cap and bottle neck get messy pretty easily if you are not careful, which is inconvenient. -

Tried this cleanser because of the reasonable price and because it said it was gentle/for sensitive skin. I have normal/combination skin that tends to be more dry. Used it to wash my face 2x and it left my skin feeling very tight and dry, I don't think it was a very gentle cleanser at all. Shortly after these washes I developed many dry & extremely flaky patches even though I regularly use excessive amounts of moisturizer. Will not buy again. -

I initially tried this product because I was interested in the liquid version of CeraVe's hydrating cleanser, but the liquid version was more expensive so I settled for the bar. The bar was bigger than I expected when I first opened the package, and it lasts for a long time. I only use it on my face, and it helped a lot with soothing the dry patches on my face (I have normal/combination skin that tends to lean more towards the dry side). I have not yet tried the liquid-soap version of this product, but am very satisfied with the effects of this bar. Despite its size though it is still relatively expensive for a bar soap IMO. Will be looking for a sale to purchase it again. -
