Only downfall is you need to remember to take it with food, I once forgot to eat before I took it and it made my stomach very upset. -

I’ve tried a few others in the past, and honest company is by far my favorite. Leaves my hair feeling clean, soft and healthy. Doesn’t feel like there is any residue left and I love using it because it has ingredients I’m ok with using. -
