Pilot V5 Hi-Tecpoint Liquid Ink Pen
Started using these in university and pretty soon they became the only pen that I use. Great for signing documents and writing essays as well! I normally order them in bulk because they are a little bit expensive for a single pen as a student.

Maxwell House House Blend K-Cups
This is a pretty simple cup of coffee, but definitely a good value with fine taste. My supermarket normally has them on sale and I can get them at about $0.50 per serving which is usually what I aim for. Gets the job done on a day-to-day basis.

If you know you will use them all eventually, just go for a huge box from Costco and the price isn't even that bad in comparison to the discount versions. -
