I have very full, usually quite dry lips...in some stage of dryness. Pearly shine really doesn't work for me....it makes me look kind of corpse like, it accentuates the flakes of dry skin on my lips, it's not very moisturizing.....I would not purchase this again.

I just like nivea growing up....it's a comfort item. I still have a small nivea tin in my purse in the wintertime. My mom does too. It's just a good product ...for at least 20 years. -

I LOVE READY STRIPS! I hated wax before, it was messy, I had to wash cloth strips after which was annoying, sometimes I burned myself because the wax was too hot. I also don't have that much leg or body hair....so I never feel like going to the salon just to wax the 20 stray hairs from each leg.
I can use 1 strip per leg (I only wax my lower legs)....and each strip can be reused a few times until it's no longer sticky (I find it works best after I've just gotten out of the shower and dried off fully, and have no oils or cream on my leg). I didn't get to try the face and bikini Nair strip....but I just cut the body strips into 1.5 cm strips and they worked just as well. :-) I think each body strip is essentially like 8-10 face and bikini strips I'm guessing.
The post wax wipes...I wish they included 40 wipes or even 20 wipes...and not 4. I found a way around this...I use waterproof makeup eye remover and it does the same thing (That can get kind of expensive if you are using expensive eye makeup remover).
I got this for free with the product review club and I'm glad I did.

I normally just spray just enough at the roots and comb it through a bit ....it also hides a few greys which is nice.
A bottle should last a very long time...I wish it was a smaller bottle. Also since it's aerosol , it's not that travel friendly unless i want to check my luggage.

I have a love hate with makeup wipes. I find that it's generally too harsh for my eye area, but great for my face....and exfoliates too.
I tried these Nivea 3 in 1 gentle cleansing wipes and found the same thing. It's great a removing stubborn overall face makeup....on makeup heavy days. It's a tad harsh for the eye area....needs a lot of rewiping especially if I have on mascara. And I know it's 3 in 1.....but my face feels a tad too greasy after a rinse....generally I still want to wash my face with my normal face wash.
Would I buy it again? Yes.....on makeup heavy days, or days when you don't have time to exfoliate but feel like there's some old skin you'd like to gently remove, this will do it. But I use it as an addition to my eye makeup remover and my face wash....not all together.
Tip: Keep the open package in a ziplock bag because after the 5th use the sticky part stops fully sealing the package and it'll dry out. :-P

I usually use a department store brand that costs 3x more then this one....but i have to say, the past week....Nivea's express eye makeup remover does a great job at wiping away eye makeup ! It does just as well as my department store brand. I quite like it and I think I will continue using it. It does have oil in the product so it's good for waterproof makeup as well, I just haven't had to use waterproof makeup lately. I find it doesn't make me break out....and it works as it should, gentle, takes everything off, leaves skin not dry or irritated.
I may make the switch! :-P Thanks for letting me try this Nivea and Chickadvisor....you guys rock!

I am addicted to these. :-P The sea salt balances out the sweetness of the dark chocolate and the almond bits add to the crunch! It's perfect! :-) Definitely my favourite Ghirardelli chocolate creation so far. :-D They are a tad expensive... +

Definitely my favourite Ghirardelli chocolate creation so far. :-D They are a tad expensive in Canada but by the huge bag in the states it's not so bad.

Sorry ...I think I'll stick with the cheap sponges that have more flat surface area.
It's cute though. I'm glad I got to try it for free with Chickadvisor's product review club. Btw...the Maybelline Dream Velvet foundation was fantastic!

This product is surprisingly good for the price......especially since normally my foundation is 3x more expensive at the department store. It isn't greasy....nice light coverage so while some freckles still show through...it smooths the skin enough to make it look like I have a clearer complexion. And it pretty much lasts all day.
I like it! It would love it even more if they made one with SPF so I wouldn't need to put on an SPF moisturizer prior to this....but it's pretty great as it is.
I got to try this for free through Chickadvisor's product review club. Thanks Maybelline and Chickadvisor....didn't know the line could be just as good as the much more expensive stuff.

I've been hearing about Micellar water for awhile.....so before trying this product...I was like WHAT is it really? It's a makeup remover, face wash and toner all in one. It's somewhere between a toner and a cleanser. It even removes mascara (though I haven't tried waterproof mascara since i normally don't wear it). It's great! Why didn't I know of this sooner? Why have I been using a eye makeup remover AND a face wash cream?
And the price is fantastic! Thank you Chickadvisor and Garnier for introducing me to such a great product. I got this product through the product review club for a donation of $1 to charity.
