This is absolute heaven as far as any yogurt out there goes. It is so creamy and good that I normally eat it plain but its also good with fresh fruit or even a tablespoon of all natural peanut butter to 1/2 cup of the yogurt. I need added protein in my meals and snacks and this is fabulous. I will never go back to regular yogurt after tasting this !!! -
