I received this free from Chickadvisor in the color Royalista, which is a beautiful Royal blue. The color applies opaque and not streaky, and dries quite shiny. I would use this any day of the year as it's a wearable but bold color.

Although the sugar alcohols can be unhealthy, the 3g of sugar is a plus if you are looking to lose weight. -

I'd rather eat a bar with a little more 'real' sugar but no sugar alcohols, as those can be very unhealthy. But all in all, 20g is protein is enough to keep me full when I'm too busy to eat or before/after a workout. -
