These bars taste great with lots of texture and they also fill me up. I like to use these when I don't have time to eat at work and they keep me full until dinnertime. They're convenient to keep in my purse just in case I get hungry. I imagine these would be great for weight loss too to eat a bar as a meal instead of eating unhealthy food. I will try replacing meals with these for weight loss. -
