I like the fact that Knorr made this without preservatives, artificial colours and flavours. It is also gluten free. It is okay to use as a base. You do have to add in your own protein to make it more flavourful. Without the protein/meat, it did not taste good. I would not buy this again - as it is just as easy to make your own pasta with butter and sage. -

The hair does feel a little sticky after the spray, but the colour blends in beautifully and it covers the gray well. It is a little tricky to use at first - but with practice, it does get better. You will have to use your hand or a little brush to blend in with the rest of the hair. Maybe Schwarzkopf company can provide a better instruction, perhaps with illustration? -

The protein and the vitamin content is very good. However, the taste is really strange and artificial. The best thing to do would be to mix this into a smoothie. However, I would recommend this drink on its own. -

Follow the direction on the bottle as some people can react reversely to retinol (such as extreme flaking and drying of the skin). I have seen improvement over the use of 2 months of this product. -

I like the design because I believe it is more environmentally friendly. It is very convenient as you can just pour out the amount you want. No need for an additional spoon to scoop! I got the strawberry kind and I can taste the real strawberry bits inside. The yogurt is creamy, not too sweet, and very smooth.
