The process of signing up, choosing my groceries, and picking a delivery window was very easy and quick. Delivery is made in a 1 hour window with a brief phone confirmation 10-15 minutes in before arrival.

The delivery worker was courteous and efficient and the delivery process met both my personal and condo COVID safety expectations. The rather heavy load of products was delivered to my apartment door by the delivery worker using a hand truck which saved me a lot of trips to the store since I can only carry so much without a vehicle.

The grocery prices were very similar to what I normally see in store and most of my purchases were on sale. The delivery cost fair, but it does encourage using this service for large, expensive orders rather than for just a few things.

Overall, I thought it was a very smooth process and will use it again.    -
