I was a bit skeptical of shakeology at first. I thought I was overly expensive. Its pricey but well worth it. Its rich I flavor and nutrients, mixes well in a blender or just a shaker bottle and the cinsistancy is always a satisfying...   +

I was a bit skeptical of shakeology at first. I thought I was overly expensive. Its pricey but well worth it. Its rich I flavor and nutrients, mixes well in a blender or just a shaker bottle and the cinsistancy is always a satisfying creaminess.
Vegan chocolate is my favorite and its gentle on the tummy.    -
