I would NOT recommend this place for anybody who values customer service. Also if you would like your stylist to listen to what you want before he goes ahead and butchers your hair, DO NOT go here. I was on time, but they made me wait 20 minutes...   +

I was on time, but they made me wait 20 minutes while two of the stylists did their own hair and sang loudly and obnoxiously to the music playing.

Gabi cut my hair but was also doing another girl's foils next to me. I voiced concerns about this and so he made her wait while he finished my hair. He did not listen when I explained what I wanted and instead cut my hair how he wanted. When I opted to not have my hair "styled" he shoved a mirror in my hand while my hair was still soaking wet and said he was done. I guess their "style" includes drying the hair. I walked out with a cut I did not like, soaking wet hair, and an awful feeling from the horrible customer service.    -
