Have been getting these every 3 months for a few years. I enjoy them, they make my first meal of the day easy. I usually put them in my own smoothie glass as the cups they come in are soft and the lids never fit right. It’s a lot of plastic, I wish there was more protein (I add more to mine because 5g is just simply not enough) and I find the cost $8 per smoothie steep. But they are super convenient and I’ve liked most of the flavors. Hint of Mint $ Strawberry zen are my favorites    -
