Saje au natural crystal deodorant stick
I have been using this deodorant for about 6 months. It works better than expected! I have used regular deodorant in the mix and when I do, I have noticed that I tend to sweat more, and have bo. I love that I found a healthy alternative!

I purchased the diva cup, looking for a more cost effective, healthier alternative to feminine hygiene.
I used for one cycle and LOVED it! I thought it would be more difficult and awkward to use, however, just reading the instructions thoroughly I felt prepared and ready to use!
After this cycle I found out I was pregnant, so unfortunately, I have not been able to use again (I am very happy and blessed to be expecting my little one). I just hope I won't have to spend the money to upgrade to the size 2.

One of the best applications to me is mixing with and epson salt and having a hot bath. It's the best way to soothe me!

I really enjoy Nature Valley as they're more filling than other snack bars! I love the almond bar flavour! It is one of my go-to's! The only draw back is the price. If not on sale they are often more expensive than some of the other brands.

I bough this over a year ago and the can stayed full because I could NOT STAND the SMELL. It seriously smells so bad that I had to go purchase a different hair spray because I could not stand the smell, and it did not dissipate at all over the day.
