My husband is working afternoons and I was running out of ideas of what to make him for lunch something a little more then a lunch and no bread as he gets that in his lunchbox.
This really was perfect and so quick and easy!I know he had a nice filling healthy meal before he has to leave for a long busy night at work.
You just heat up your oil in a frying pan,add cubed chick and flour and cook four minutes until browned.
Add water,sliced carrots(or any other vegetable) and contents of package.Bring to a boil and then simmer for 23 minutes
Last step is to add spinach on top of the barley mixture and cover so it will wilt.
You can really add other vegetables for variety.But my husband thoroughly enjoyed it and was full with a bit of leftovers.
I love that this one has barley as I know barley is so filling and good for you.He really loved it and wants to have it again in the future.
I will defiantly purchase it again and recommend it to family and friends.

My skin was so in need of this cream right now.It is so cold an unusual cold and snowy winter still and the elements have been really damaging my skin.My skin has been red,dry,tight and so sore.
As soon as I spread this on my skin it instantly felt relieved my skin has never had this reaction before.My face feels so soft and smooth and does not hurt.This cream is really calming down the redness and soreness and starting to heal it.
My skin felt hydrated after just one use and looks so much better as well.I have been trying so many other moisturizers lately that have been doing nothing and making my sore skin even worse.
I also love how this cream feels under my eyes.I am almost fifty now and have fine lines and some wrinkles this cream seems to smooth it out.
It has zero scent and is one hundred percent fragrance free which Im quite thrilled about.
I will be recommending this La Roche-Posay Toleriane Sensitive Hydrating Care to friends and family.
I will continue to purchase it as well.My skin has reacted so amazingly to it and for my sensitive skin its so hard to find a good moisturizer.

I love that it has essential oils in it rather then synthetic oils.The other scents are also really nice.

I was so curious to try these foot peels they seem to be very popular right now and then I seen them advertise this brand on the Dragons Den so i ordered them to try.
They come in different scents(I choose Lavender) they also have Peach,Rose,Coconut,Lemon and original.
They come with two foot baggies and some adhesive tape.The baggies have the solution already in it.
You make sure your feet are really cleaned well and slip your feet into the baggies and secure them well.
You have to wait one hour and advised not to move around.After an hour take them off and wash your feet well.
After five days I thought they didn't work nothing was happening but after a week they started to peel.
They work even better if you soak/bath everyday to get your feet wet to start the peeling process.
It says three to five days they should start peeling for me it was longer.But all the skin peeled on my feet leaving them really soft.
It also states during the process of them peeling to not apply any lotion or it wont work.
The peeling is really quite odd but quite rewarding to peel it off for soft skin.

The rose pearl is Metallic Rose with Green and Violet Shimmer.You can apply it to your lips,cheeks and eyes.
The color is so pretty and sparkly and just so many uses.

The colors are rich and pigmented and look amazing.The colors also last and do not fade.
I really love this companies makeup really affordable as well.

I had never heard of Nude by Nature but after much researching I found that these products are exactly the products I want to be using on my skin/face.
I am almost fifty now and I care about the products I put on my face and I was looking for good quality affordable products.Products that have good ingredients and are against animal cruelty.
I received this Radiant Loose Powder Foundation in Ivory.There are so many colors to choose from!I really had a hard time choosing but I am very fair skinned so I know I made the right choice.
This powder foundation is also SPF 15 protection another bonus for my aging skin.The two main ingredients are Kakadu Plum( a rich source of vitamin C, it protects skin & boosts radiance.)
Kaolin Clay is the second(Detoxifying agent that eliminates toxins & oils to purify, nourish & sooth skin.)The perfect duo for any type of skin.
The powder goes on super soft and is so lightweight it feels amazing on my skin and makes it look so good.
it controls oil and shine perfectly and hides red pigments and enlarged pores.My skin looks flawless and it certainly makes me look much younger then I am.
I cant wait to check out the many other products Nude by Nature has, I'm so glad these products will be sold in Canada now.
I will recommend it to friends and family and highly recommend it to anyone.
This is my new makeup line I will continue to purchase.Great products with super good ethics.

I had never heard of Nude by Nature but after much researching I found that these products sounded so amazing.I couldn't wait to try them out.
As I am almost fifty I want to really start taking care of my skin and using good healthy products.This companies products are everything I look for in makeup and accessories.
The brush is really a nice size its short and the bristles are nice and tight and dont shed at all.The bristles are absolutely amazingly soft against the face.I have never had such a soft brush before.
What I love the most about this brush it is made from really soft quality synthetic fibers.They are animal cruelty free.Nothing in this brush is from animals.That is a major plus for me.
The brush is perfect for applying the powder foundation.When applying the powder foundation with this brush it goes on smooth and,flawless and looks just amazing.
I will defiantly continue to purchase these products and check out there other applicators they sell.
I will also be highly recommending all there products to family and friends.
I cant wait to check out there other products.

I have never heard of Nude by Nature but when I started reading about there products I was so curious to try it the ingredients are amazing.There products are exactly the kinds of products I want to be putting on my face,
The key ingredients in this primer are Green Tea,Papaya and Vitamin E all powerful antioxidants and perfect to keep your skin healthy and looking youthful.
i like that it is untinted and is a great base before applying makeup.It really smoothed out my skin and make it look flawless after applying my makeup.
It looked natural on my skin,felt really lightweight and very moisturizing.Right now with the cold weather my skin is suffering and having extra moisture is perfect.
I am turning fifty in a few months so I really want to be using healthy,good products on my face to keep me looking youthful and fresh.
I'm also happy this product is silicone free I will not apply any products with silicone to my face.I also like it will help fight signs of aging and defiantly see that it does after trying it.
I will absolutely be buying these products from now on and cant wait to see the other products in there collection.I will also be recommending it to family and friends.
Great product,reasonable price.I'm very happy with the results.

My roots grow out so quickly and I hate seeing the gray roots but I also dont want to dye my roots to much I try to give my hair a break from to much over dying.
I have really thin blonde slightly damaged hair so it needs a break.This Schwarzkopf® Root Retoucher is just what I needed for the in-between.
The instructions are on the back but you have to peel the bottom corner were it says open with a arrow.Just peel that back and you will see the complete instructions.
Be sure to shake the bottle well before using,it advises to put a towel over your shoulders.Spray holding the bottle in a upright position onto dry and styled hair.
The spray comes out in a soft pressure spray from a small long nozzle it spreads the spray evenly and covering it perfectly.
I tried it right when I received it and it had been in my mailbox obviously cold from all the snow and cold weather so it was funny when I sprayed my roots it was so cold!
I have tried it again at room temperature and all is good.It covers my grays perfectly,no stains or drips and washes out perfectly.
This Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher will be so convenient and handy when I'm in a rush but want to cover my roots.
I'm extremely impressed and happy with this product and will highly recommend it to family and friends.
I will defiantly be repurchasing it on a regular bases.This was my first time trying a root touch up that was not permanent and I love the results
