This bar kept me full for a decent amount of time. I did like the bar overall and would purchase them again. The caramel cashew bar was my preferred flavor out of the bars. I liked that these were vegan and quite tasty with the chocolate drizzle on top. I didn't get a strong almond flavor, but i did see them throughout the whole bar. The bar is quite crispy and the base is mostly crispy rice, it adds a stronger texture. I did find the bars a bit sweet, but if that is no issue for you - you will enjoy them. I can't wait to see these in costco! -

First off I LOVE that this is Vegan, already a great start in my book. Onto the flavor of this bar, which is very good.The caramel really ties the bar together with the softer cashews and crispy rice throughout the whole bar. It was nice to see some nutrient packed pumpkin seeds noticeably throughout the bar as well. Compared to the non vegan power bars, you would never be able to tell the difference. I do feel as this bar is a bit sweet, but most granola/ power bars do have quite a bit of sweetener. So if you don't mind a sweet bar, give this a chance. At a whooping 10g of protein per bar you cant go wrong. -

Be advised they are quite small, but I didn't mind that.

After tons of research I decided to take the leap into menstrual cups. I went with lena because they 1) offered me the best discount code and 2) has AMAZING customer service. While, they do have a slight learning curve - I will NEVER go back to pads and tampons. The quality is like a very high grade silicone and feels expensive. I don't have any problems once it is in the correct spot. I highly recommend this for a starter cup.
