This company had the Uggs we wanted in the right size on Dec 21. We ordered them, even though they were 25% higher than Nordstoms etc. They had a price match guarantee and I subsequently sent in two. Every store I found had them at $160. Nordstroms...   +

This company had the Uggs we wanted in the right size on Dec 21. We ordered them, even though they were 25% higher than Nordstoms etc. They had a price match guarantee and I subsequently sent in two. Every store I found had them at $160. Nordstroms etc. The softmoc company wrote me back and said if I could not prove the pricematch company was selling authentic Uggs they couldn't match the price. OK fine, I was paying a higher price but my daaughter would be happy on Christmas day. The price was up to about 220.00 now because I requested 1-2 days shipping. Then I get several letters from them saying they could not get here for 10 days but they still intended to charge me for express shipping because I had paid for it. When I informed them I would be taking them to an Ugg store to have the authenticity checked they stopped the shipment. So over a week later, my daughter has no present of Uggs and some very rude and dishonorable people marred my Christmas    -
