I got this lotion in a subscription box, I had been eyeing it for some time. It is alittle in the pricey side even for the mini container. However other then the price, I love the smell and the lotion has a silky feel.

A friend told me about this brand years ago and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for help falling asleep and staying asleep through the night.
I typically use this if I am feeling nervous before bedtime about 30 mins before I want to go to sleep. I have the chewable and they taste very good. It calms my nerves and makes me sleepy. When I take this I usually fall asleep within 30 mins of taking 2 and stay asleep until morning time.

Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm with Vitamin-E & Peppermint
I got a set of 4 flavours at Christmas time, coconut is probably my favourite one, along with cherry. They are smooth and keep my lips feeling moisturized. I highly recommend this chap stick!!
