I take them daily and finished the 1st bottle, and I'm now on the 2nd bottle but really havent notice any difference in my hair, skin or nails. I was really expecting some sort of improvement in SOMETHING. But besides all that I love taking them because I love how they taste🍓 -

Change the price of it and I'll always buy it -
