Promensil Perimenopause is designed to help reduce perimenopausal symptoms like hot flashes and night sweats, relieve agitation and nervousness, help you sleep better, and help maintain healthy skin, hair and nails. It might even help your cholesterol levels!
I took PromensilPerimenopause for a month and while I did experience some minor benefits with slightly less agitation and nervousness and better sleep on some nights, I did not really experience a big enough difference to justify continuing to take these tablets right now. Maybe my body needs more time to adjust or I am not as close to menopause as I thought for this to be more effective.
I have never really had hot flashes, so I cannot say how effective these tablets would be for that.
Promensil Perimenopause was not really effective for me right now, but I do think it is worth trying if you are experiencing symptoms, as it might work better for you. I would consider trying these tablets again if my symptoms increased, as I did have some benefits.

We cooked Jigg's Dinner this week and used the Vida by PADERNO Nylon Skimmer to take up our boiled vegetables and salt meat.
It worked well, and allowed the vegetables and salt meat to drain before being placed in the serving bowls. I was not worried about the Skimmer melting, as it is heat resistant up to 450°F/232°C.
The skimmer is also easy to wash and can be put in the dishwasher. You can also use it on non-stick surfaces without danger of damaging your pots and pans.

BAND-AID® Pro Heal Regular Bandages are waterproof and have an advanced hydrocolloid gel pad that improves healing by 60%.
I used these bandages on a cut on my thumb, and while the bandage wasn't exactly waterproof, I would say it is water resistant. I washed my dishes with a bandage on my thumb. It did let some water in, but not enough to make it come off or become too loose to keep on. I did change it the next day because the bandage still felt a bit wet and I didn't want that to affect the result of how well it healed.
I did find that it helped my cut heal a few days faster than it normally takes without a bandage.

Swiss Natural Cran-Max packs 8-10 oz of cranberry juice concentrate into two caplets that, taken regularly, help reduce recurrent Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs). They contain no added sugar or sweeteners. There are also no artificial colours or flavours, and no preservatives, dairy, gluten, wheat or yeast.
I have experienced UTIs for years and usually drink a lot of cranberry juice to help me feel better when I feel one coming on. These caplets are definitely more convenient to get the same amount of cranberry juice in my system.
While it is difficult to tell a preventative supplement is actually working, I do think this one is. I have been taking these caplets for 4 weeks and I have not had any symptoms of a UTI.
They don't smell or taste the best, but I find that most natural supplement caplets have this problem. I would still recommend trying these out if you regularly experience UTIs.

I get frequent headaches, and migraines in particular. Finding fast relief is essential for me to function at home or at work. I have trusted Tylenol® for decades to help me get back to normal and Extra Strength TYLENOL® Daytime Relief is a welcome addition to my pain relief options.
This pain reliever contains acetaminophen and caffeine to give me fast, effective relief. It started working about 10 to 15 minutes after I took it and stopped my migraine in it's tracks.
The coating on the easy swallow tabs has a touch of sweetness, so they don't taste bad, but mine also tasted a little on the stale side. I checked the expiry date on the box to ensure I didn't accidentally get an out of date box, but it doesn't expire until 2027. I have never had this problem with Tylenol® products before, so I am hoping it was a one-off experience.

My mouth felt fresh and clean after rinsing with this mouthwash. It tingled enough to let you know it was killing all the germs, but wasn't uncomfortable to swish around in my mouth like the regular version can be. I enjoyed the milder mint flavour as well.

Normally this type of heat activated colour always turns out too bright for my liking, but I thought this shade actually complimented me nicely. Armani Luminous Silk Cheek Tint is buildable, long lasting, and lightweight. A little goes a long way. I was given number 65 Intense Berry to try, which is a deep plum colour.
At first, I was convinced that there was no way this shade would look okay on my fair skin tone. I used a tiny dot on the ball of my cheeks and after blending it in, I was surprised that it wasn't as dark as I was anticipating. Although it is a bit darker than I would normally wear, it still gave a fairly natural looking flush to my cheeks. It lasted the whole day without smudging.

I love this setting spray! It melts everything nicely into place and keeps it there all night long. My makeup doesn't rub off and still looks fresh at the end of the day, even on hot, humid days. The only thing I have to re-apply is my lip gloss.

This lotion has a thicker texture, but does not feel greasy once it sinks in. It is truly fragrance-free and does not even have the lightest scent.
My skin felt very hydrated, even my super dry legs and elbows. It really helped with my itchiness as well.
