I actually found this at my local Dollar Tree and figured I would give it a try I have never heard of it or used it but I've always had a very hard time with water intake or fluids in general very bad meaning some days I'll be lucky to get 16 oz down-well the night I bought this within four hours I probably drank about 48 oz of water for me it was a game-changer I highly recommended for people who also have a hard time getting their water intake you can add it to 16 to 20 oz of water and Shake you can also find it pretty affordable I got a 12 pack for a dollar since then I have drink my bodyweight in ounces everyday and ordered it again on Amazon in bulk! -
