So I use micellar water just to remove eye makeup, would say it is not the best to remove but it is great to remove the delicate areas and hard to reach areas. I do like this remover would buy again didn't have 5 stars because it doesn't remove all...   +

So I use micellar water just to remove eye makeup, would say it is not the best to remove but it is great to remove the delicate areas and hard to reach areas. I do like this remover would buy again didn't have 5 stars because it doesn't remove all makeup I use this as a second cleanse.    -
