I love this toner. It leaves my skin feeling soft and refreshed. It is lightly scented and it smells lovely. A little squirt of this toner goes a long way. It is one of the best drug-store brand toner I've ever used!

I was looking for a cheap, alcohol-free toner and this one was on sale, so I decided to give it a try. In terms of effectiveness, it didn't dry my skin out and my skin felt ok afterwards, but it was nothing special. However, what I absolutely cannot stand was the smell. I love scented products (eg. I adore Biotherm because they smell so fresh and Biotherm is pretty heavily scented) and fragrances do not irritate my skin at all. But the scent from this toner was so powerful and so strong that I could smell it on my skin 2 hours after using it. I tried it out for a week, thinking that I'd get used to the smell...that was a complete waste of effort. I eventually gave up because the scent was so revolting that it made me gag. I dumped the rest of the bottle in the sink, ran the water for a few minutes to wash away the toner, but the horrid smell took over my bathroom and I couldn't go in there for the rest of the night. It was horrible. -

I love this razor, probably the best one I've ever used. It glides smoothly down my skin, leaving my skin nice and smooth afterwards. The blades also work amazing well; I only have to gently press against my skin when I shave which means I never cut myself anymore!!
As one of the reviewer mentioned, it does tend to trap little hairs under the blades and can be hard to remove. What I normally do is make a little pool of water in the tub (or sink), then tap the razor a few times and shake out the hair. It works pretty well! (A trick I learned from watching my hubby shave! Hahah...)

I went there with a couple of friends for dinner one evening. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and the waiters were friendly. We found the service a little slow but perhaps it was because the place was completely packed. I ordered a bruschetta for the appetitizer and it was super fresh and delicious. I had a fettucine with wild mushrooms and prosciutto in a creamy cheese sauce. It was a wonderful choice. My hubby also tried their cannelloni and it was filled with lots of savoury meat stuffing. My friends ordered other appetitizers, main courses and even dessert. There were nothing but praises for the food.
The prices range from $15-30 for the dinner menu, but there are tons of dishes to choose from. It's also a great place for a date or a fun place to go out with your friends. I'd totally recommend this place and there are 3 wonderful locations to choose from: Glebe, Westboro and Kanata.

This is the best conditioner I've ever used. It leaves my hair soft and silky and it's super moisterizing. It's more expensive ($15 for a big bottle) than a drug store brand but I think it's worth it, esp. in the winter when the air is so dry. I use it with the Ginger anti-dandruff shampoo and they work great together. I simply love this product. -

I love this ginger shampoo. Although I don't have dandruff problem, I find my scalp very dry and itchy in the winter. So I bought this shampoo which is designed to condition dry flaky scalps. Since I've started using it, I've noticed the dryness had improved. I also love the smell of ginger; it's refreshing and it's light. I use this along with the Olive Glossing condition. My hair always feel soft and silky. It's really really great product! -

But I adore all the characters in this movie. Linguini was so sweet and all the rats were so funny that they just made me laugh. The best thing about this movie was the theme; I love to cook and a cartoon about a cooking rat was fantastic!! I hope I get a copy of that under the X'mas tree this year!! *grin* -

We love Cora's! The food and service is always good and we've never been disappointed before. They have a large selection on their menu, whether you want eggs, pancakes, sausage, fruits... And their fresh fruit juice/smoothies are excellent as well. I think the price is reasonable, it's what you'd have to pay for a regular lunch meal of hamburgers or potpie at a pub but Cora's food is healthier. They give you so much fruits on your plate that it's really worth the price. I totally recommend this place!! -
