I have been using an electric toothbrush for years and only use regular toothbrushes when I'm traveling. I don't really like regular toothbrushes anymore and I find they don't clean as well, I don't like the bristles and I don't like the size.
However, I have to say I really love this CrossAction Toothbrush. The bristles are soft and so they didn't cut into my gum. The cross action design also made my teeth feel cleaner after brushing (compared to regular toothbrushes).
Looking at it, I thought the toothbrush would be too big. It is bigger than I normally like BUT the size also made the massaging action on the back of the toothbrush head feel really nice. I mean, it's really really nice on the cheeks. I don't think the tongue cleaning was quite as good as the cheek but it's the cheek cleaning/massaging that sold this toothbrush for me.
In fact, I like this so much that I think I might put one in everyone's Xmas stocking this Christmas!! :D

I am not a mouth rinse person. It's not part of my routine and to be honest, I really don't like the taste of them. I find mouth rinse, in general, overly sweet and they taste weird.
I was surprised to find this Crest Pro-Health Multi-Protection Rinse actually didn't taste too bad. In fact, it's a lot like the rinse at my dentist. The mint flavour is strong so it leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean. It's not too sweet so it doesn't trigger my gag reflex and send me running for water to rinse out the taste. The clean feeling lasted as long as the minty taste, which I found was about 30-40 min. I think this would be great to have in the office in case you don't have time to brush your teeth after lunch. This rinse is pretty strong, so I only needed a little bit of it, swoosh it around my mouth for 30sec and it does its job.
As I said, I'm not a mouth rinse person. I am not sure I'd buy it again for $7.50, even though I think the bottle will last a long time. However, if you are looking for a good mouth rinse, I'd definitely recommend this one.

I am normally a Colgate user and I stock up on the upper end of their product lines during a sale. So I rarely venture into other brands of toothpaste. I was quite excited to receive this product for review.
First of all, for toothpaste, taste is my number one concern. I have had toothpaste (like the $0.99 original Colgate) that taste like crap. I found this Crest Pro-Health to have a taste comparable to the Colgate that I like. It wasn't too sweet or too minty (ie. too spicy). Based on taste, I'd definitely buy this toothpaste again.
I am a coffee drinker and I was curious as to the whitening ability of this toothpaste. After a week of brushing with this product, I did not find my teeth any whiter than last week. I am not surprised; I have yet to find a product that whitens as the packaging claims it can.
As for the other claims (eg. fighting against cavities, tartar, plague and gingivitis), I don't think one can see the benefits of using this toothpaste after only one week, which is how long I have been using it, brushing twice a day. Furthermore, I don't feel like my teeth are cleaner than using my own toothpaste.
Overall, I give this toothpaste a thumbs-up because I'd definitely buy it again, as long as it is cheaper than my other Colgate variety (which usually runs about $1.99-2.50 when it's on sale). I think it's a good product but it's nothing spectacular.

My son used only Avent bottles. They are BPA free and come in various sizes. The nipples are made of silicone, which is very safe for the baby, and they come in different flow rates. The bottles are durable, I've boiled them many times for the first 2 months and these bottles lasted until he was weened off the bottle.
One of the nice features of the Avent bottle system is that you can easily by accessories to convert the bottles to sippy cups, which also comes in different flow rate. You can also buy handle attachment for their little hands to hold onto the larger bottles. So this bottle truly grows with your baby and you save a lot of money.
However, the reason I am giving this a 3-star rating is that these bottles LEAK!! They Leak Leak Leak!! You have to align the nipples to the white cap a certain way or it'll leak while the baby drinks the milk. It also leaks when you switch the nipples to the sippy cup spout. It's very frustrating.
One last thing about the sippy spout: it's not a good starter spout because the baby has to suck pretty hard to get the liquid out. My son couldn't go straight from nipples to sippy spout of this design. I actually bought him a silicone sippy cup of another brand, got him used to the idea of sucking on something other than a nipple, then switched him back to the Avent bottles with the Avent sippy spout.
I wouldn't buy these bottles again because having to deal with the leakage is not worth the trouble. I'd rather pay a little more and not having to deal with drippy bottles and sippy cups.

I was chosen to review these diaper pants as part of the product review club.
I am not too picky about the type of diapers my kids use - my main goal is keeping the cost down. I find, for my kids' bums, all diapers are made equal. I have no issue with skin sensitivity or leakage. I buy what's on sale; I buy what's the cheapest.
However, when it comes diaper pants, Huggies is my favourite. Hands down on this one. They fit my kids' bums like a glove. They are soft, stretchy and easy to use. My favourite part about these Slip-On Diapers pants, a feature that I haven't seen any other brands of diaper pants, is the pull-tab on the sides. For pees, you can easily slip the diaper pants off/on; but for the poos, it's so convenient to just pull the tabs on the side and remove the diaper, without having to worry about getting the messy stuff down the legs (unlike other brands of diaper pants). This is a great feature when you are out and you need to do a quick diaper change but unable to find somewhere clean to do it.
These diapers are also very durable. It's perfect for potty training because the child can easily pull the pants up and down by himself. It gives the child a sense of independent and made potty training a little more fun for the little ones. If the child does his business in the potty, great! you can reuse the pants!!
So while I am careful on how much I spend on regular diapers, I never hesitate to buy Huggies Slip-On diaper pants because they are really awesome!!

I tested this razor and compared to other Venus razor as part of the product review club. First off, I have to admit - I do love this razor. The combination of 5-blade system and Olay moisture bars gave me a really close shave and left my skin feeling soft and smooth. The Olay moisture bar smelled really nice.
However, upon closer look at the package, I noticed this Olay version only came with 1 cartridge, unlike other razors with moisture/gel bars. In my opinion, I don't find this Olay one works any better than other non-Olay ones. I don't think it's worth the money.
Bottom line is, if you like this Olay moisture bar, try another razor with gel/moisture bars. It works just as well and it comes with 1 more cartridge.

I received a box of razors from the Product Review Club. I liked this razor, mainly because of the large shave gel bars. It helped the razor glide easily over my skin, leaving it feeling smooth and soft. The razor comes with a shower hook and 2 cartridges. The handle is soft to touch and easy to grip.
I have been using razors with 5 blades and I must admit, even with the gel bars, the 3-blade razor doesn't quite measure up. However, if you have never used the 5-blade razor and you are not comparing one product to another, I doubt you'd notice the difference.

This is the 3rd razor I have tested from the Gillette Venus series. It's a good razor. Shaves really well and leaves my skin nice and smooth. However, I don't find it works any better than the other razor. I didn't think the moisturizing did much for me; I had to use either soap or conditioner to help the blades glide along my skin. I personally prefer the razors with the big fat gel moisturizing strips (eg. Venus Spa or Venus Olay). While I think this is a nice razor, I think $17 is a bit expensive for what you get. -

This is the second razor I tried from the Product Review Club. After using the Venus Spa, I have to admit, I prefer the Spa over this one.
What I like about this razor is that the packaging is easy to open and each cartridge is individually wrapped (for sanitary reasons). The handle feels really comfortable and the whole ensemble is lightweight and easy to use. It comes with a holder so I stick it on the shower wall and this allows the razor to dry properly between use. The 5 blades are nice and sharp and the razor works very well.
Unfortunately, I am a bit bias towards razor blades that come with extra bulky moisturizing strips. The Venus Spa has two big gel pads and it glided on my skin much more smoothly without having to apply any additional cream or soap. I found this Venus Embrace doesn't glide as well, especially on the underarm area. It works well as long as I apply shaving cream or soap on the skin before shaving (something I don't have to do with the Venus Spa).

I received a whole slew of Venus razors to try as part of the Product Review Club. I am currently using a regular Venus razor with two small moisture strips. It works well but in comparison to the Spa Breeze, I have to say, the Spa Breeze wins.
I love the two gel pads between the blades. I tried this razor on my underarm and I barely felt a thing as the blades glided a long my skin. It was easy to rinse off afterwards and it dried quickly on the holder (included). I have the White Tea scent which is light and lovely.
The package came with a handle, 2 cartridges and a shower holder. The perforated plastic made the package very easy to open. The individually packaged cartridges ensure the quality of the gel strips as well as safety in terms of storage.
In terms of the price, I think $10.99 tax is a bit on the expensive side but I really liked the gel pads on these razors, so I think I will buy it again.
