I use this on all my families tough stains. It works well. Sometimes it doesn't fully get it all out but I can except that. It says not to let it dry on your clothes and you should follow that because it will change the colour.

I'm a smoker and since using this product I have seen a visible difference in the whiteness of my teeth, in fact I usually see a difference within 7 days. Leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean. Doesn't hurt my stomach like other toothpastes ( I know don't swallow it, I try not to) and I don't seem to get plaque build up during the day like I do with other toothpastes. -
