I have fine, mid-length hair that is pretty dry and the L'Oreal professional intense repair shampoo worked well on my hair. I am really glad I was given the chance to try the product and review it for the Review Club. The shampoo does not sud up as much as most shampoo's but I also know that 'suds-ing' does not really indicate how well a product works! The shampoo goes on well, smells okay, and does rinse out well despite being thicker than most other shampoo products. As for results, it did add some moisture to my hair and a bit to my scalp as well. My hair did not feel weighted down, which was good. Many moisturizing products tend to make my hair feel heavy because it is so fine. I would buy the product again...but only when it was on sale. It is actually quite expensive for the size of it. I know that it is being marketed as an inexpensive version of hair repair systems but there are a few main stream (aka cheaper) shampoos out there that do a similar job. -

The L'Oreal professional intense repair masque works well, I'm not sure about it's cost effectiveness compared to other masques, but it works well. The product smells nice and did a good job moisturizing my hair (mid-length and dry), even in a wide variety of environments (I brought it with me to Hawaii)! One problem I did have was actually using the tub that the masque was in. It was awkward to unscrew the large lid, then scoop out a reasonable amount of product, spread it on your hair, and shut the lid while avoiding excess water from the shower entering. A squeeze bottle would really have been easier. -

It works okay, I had no problems with the product but I do think other Vaseline products work as well or better than the Sheer Infusion creams. They are supposed to help hydrate and keep the skin hydrated. Although the Sheer Infusion cream has a more 'stylish' looking bottle but the Vasline Extra Strength Intensive Lotion worked better for me. -

This book is fantastic, I finished it in a weekend. It is a non-fictional account of Shannon Moroney's experiences after her husband was arrested for kidnapping and assaulting two women. She outlines what happened to her, her family, and her friends during the aftermath of her husband's crime and trial. I could not believe what she went through and what she accomplished. The book is a real eye-opener since Moroney's view was very different from what I think my initial reaction would have been, yet she managed to make me look at her experiences in an entirely different way. Take the time to read this one, it is worth it. -

I love Breyers Chocolate Velvet Ice Cream and I am not a crazy chocolate fan (really I'm not). The flavour is amazing. It has a dark chocolate flavour and is super smooth. The chocolate flavour is intense and you don't need a lot of ice cream to hit your chocolate limit or pay load. It is a definite treat and I have recommended this one to all of my friends. The one down side is that the chocolate colouring (?) of the ice cream really stains if you get it on you. -

Time Traveler's Wife is an intriguing book. The concept is unique and the characters catch your attention quickly. It takes a bit of getting used to, as the characters move back and forth in time so you need to pay attention throughout the book. The movie is okay, it does not follow the book in all situations though. As you would expect the book is much better than the movie and I would suggest reading the book before seeing the movie. -

I initially received a sample of this product and was excited to try it out. I definitely made life easier since I only had to carry the sheet down to the washers in the basement. My clothes came out with a nice smell too (I actually prefer no smell, but this was not bad). My only problem, is that like with many other fabric softeners I seem to be 'sensitive' to this product (at least I am assuming it is the fabric softener component). Unfortunately the residue left from the fabric softener gave me a rash, so I will not be able to use this product in our family. However, if your family generally can use fabric softeners I think you would like this product. -

I hate these. I got a free sample box when they first came out and I am still struggling to use them. I keep reading other reviews about how well they work, but for me, they do not work at all. I don't think I have had as many 'leakage' episodes since I was a teenager. I swear nothing absorbs, it just leaks out the sides and the back. Add the complete lack of effectiveness to the play foam texture of the product and it is just not worth it to me. To add insult to injury they are more expensive then the more effective (for me) normal Always pads. I hope they never replace the original pads with the infinity because if they do it will be the last product I buy from Always. -

I received this product to try from ChickAdvisor and I did not think that it worked. I also found the product dried out my lips and really didn't 'plump' them up. I also shared the product with my sister and she found the same thing. The product is expensive (about $22.00 in Shoppers). Combine the expense with the not plumping and your lips drying out I would not recommend the product. It is definitely not worth buying. -
