After trying Nivea's Creme Care Alli-in-One Facial Cleansing Lotion I'm impressed. I've never really been one to use creme cleansers since I'm worried that the creme cleanser won't rinse clean, cause breakouts, and feel greasy. Happily, I didn't have any of these problems with Nivea's creme cleanser. Once you get used to the creamy texture of the product, and consciously not using a lot when cleaning, it gets easier! The cleanser cleans without causing your skin to dry out. After a week I noticed that my skin was noticeably softer; a definite bonus! My face didn't feel greasy after using the product and I was able to easily wash any make-up I was wearing off my face. The other thing I liked was the scent associated with the product. I dislike strong scents, especially near my face and the cleansing creme did not bother me. There was a very light smell but it dissipated quickly. I will be purchasing this cleanser in the future.

The Nivea Creme that I received to try for Chick Advisor worked really well. The creme is quite thick and is meant to help moisturize really dry skin, which it does! When I applied the product to my hands I was surprised to still feel the silky smoothness from using the product even a day after application. No other moisturizer that I've used has done that. According to Nivea the creme can be used anywhere on the body, including the face. Since the product is so thick I would be a little hesitant about putting it on my face. Nivea creme has a scent, but it is light and not at all obtrusive, which I appreciate. While you don't really need much creme; a little goes a long way, it is a little on the expensive side. The small tin (150 ml) retails for about $8.00, and while the tiny tin looks cute it is challenging to open especially once the outside of the tin becomes slippery with use. Although the tin may be the iconic Nivea look, I would really like if it came in another product container that was easier to open and use. All in all, a product that is well designed to add moisture to your skin. -

Recently I was selected to try the Nivea Essential Lip Balm for Chick Advisor. I have never tried Nivea's lip balm in the past and after using it daily for the past week, I wish I had used it! Nivea's lip balm really moisturizes. I work outdoors and I can't believe the change over the past week. My lips are way less cracked. The product has a very light, minimal smell to it, which I love. It goes on smoothly and doesn't feel heavy or waxy on my lips. The balm tends to stick around for awhile so I'm not constantly reapplying throughout the day, also a plus. The only thing I wish the product contained was some sun protection; the lack of a SPF is disappointing. Aside from that the product is wonderful and really helps dry lips when you put it on before bed! -

I received a coupon to try Post Honey shreddies and am pleased that I tried them out; I wouldn't have picked them up to try without a free coupon. That being said the cereal is sweetened with a bit of honey so you don't need to add sugar to your cereal when you enjoy it in the morning. Alternatively they are a great snack, mid-morning, dry with that touch of honey. Shreddies are made with whole grains so the benefits associated with eating whole grains fit too.
If you decide to eat them with milk, just keep in mind, that like normal Shreddies they get soft fairly quickly. So if you don't like soggy cereal eat them as soon as you pour the milk!

Tresemme Botanique damage and recovery shampoo works well and has a nice scent. The product lathers up easily and rinses out of your hair. I'm not sure if I really noticed a lot of differences with 'fixing' my hair or repairing stress damage, but it did leave my hair feeling clean. With the price point of this product I will be purchasing the product again. -

When I want a treat Magnum bars fit the bill. My biggest drawback is the price, they are almost prohibitively priced. I would never purchase these for my family because of the price. There are other specialty ice cream bars from smaller dairies that have delicious treats that are better suited for a family and for a budget. -

I love the TRESemme Moisture rich conditioner for several reasons. First off, it is effective, it does help to add extra moisture to my hair, which I need after working outdoors in the wind and sun all day. Second, is the price. Tresemme's conditioner works as well or better than many other much more expensive conditioners. The conditioner does not have an overpowering scent, which is important to me and I can find it in almost any store I shop at. All of these things combined make the Tresemme luxurious moisture conditioner an item worth buying! -

I work outside and definitely need a good antiperspirant. The Dove Clinical Protection works well, it goes on easily in the morning and doesn't really leave any noticeable marks on clothing. It does offer all-day protection which is great. Like most Dove products, the clinical antiperspirant is gentle on my skin and I had no adverse reaction. The one drawback is the price of the product, which is a little on the expensive side. That being said, it is similarly priced to other clinical strength antiperspirants. -

I received a sample of the Adrien Gagnon Super Energex capsules to try for Chick Advisor and was quite interested to try the product. Like most people I find that I become fatigued during the day and was hoping that the Super Energex would help to give me the promised energy boost. While I might have experienced a minor energy boost after trying the produce daily for a week, it wasn't a big one. Definitely no different than a cup of coffee in the afternoon. Additionally, the product really doesn't taste great, it has a bitter, slightly medicinal taste. Adrien Gagnon suggests mixing the product with a half glass of orange juice (or some other juice) and while that helps with the taste, I found I had a lingering bitter aftertaste that I could not get rid of.
As for ease of use, they are easy to use, you just tear off the top of the pouch and squeeze the liquid 'Super Energex' into your juice or water. It is simple to add to a glass of juice or water in the morning. I also like that the products are natural, but am slightly concerned about their concentration levels as the company warns against using the product for more than 30 consecutive days. A reason behind the warning, would have been nice!
I likely will not be purchasing the product for use for myself, but appreciate the opportunity to test it for Chick Advisor!

The ability to freeze the cake means you can even keep one or two in hiding for when that chocolate craze hits! -
