I've never tried a nonalcohol based rinse, I still found the flavour too strong. I like the rinse as I swished it in my mouth, it was like a tornado, all bubbly and tingley. I once didn't brush before bed, then got up and used the rinse, it left a bluish tinge in my mouth, then I brushed and my mouth was super clean, fresh and polished. I like the finished product. I don't know that I would buy and use the rinse, too strong a taste for me.

I found the brush bigger than I'm used to and harder, I always use a soft bristle. It was a weird feeling in my mouth at first and took some getting used to and then it was crazy because there was so much going on all to get my teeth sparkling white. I loved the feel of my teeth after. The brush works well with the rinse and paste.

I've never used an electic toothbrush, it's like being at the dentist when the polish. Feels good, weird until you get used to it. Has 2 speeds, so you can make adjustments to how you feel or until you're used to the higher speed. Use it with a toothpaste you love and the feeling after is terrific. I would definitely recommend it to anyone or any family. Easy enough to use whatever the age. -
