I am actually already on my third container of these enzymes. I have been trying to live a healthier lifestyle, and I use these enzymes to help keep me regular. I eat one with every meal, and I'm not sure what it is doing in there, but it certainly works. It works very quickly to make me feel less bloaty and gassy. They also taste great! A few of my other supplements, you get sick of the flavour pretty quickly - but I enjoy these every time. Highly recommend.    -
