I got 50% off for their 2021 promotional deal, but I still feel like I wasted my money. My issue is 3-fold:

1) My order was very wrong due to “out of stock” items. The company didn’t include an apology or any communication from customer service to give me a chance to modify the order myself- just a note saying that they’d replaced the 4 out of stock items with others (most of which I intentionally didn’t pick because I didn’t want to try them).

2) The order was late. I know that there are serious delivery delays right now, but I wasn’t provided with an email letting me know that the items were shipped, much less a notice that they were delayed. I had no option to track the order.

3) As if this weren’t enough, the cups are gross. Like, really not good. I was very irritated by the incorrect/out of stock items, but I decided to try a handful of the cups before emailing or writing a review. Unfortunately, the quality of the cups is lacking. I have yet to try a cup that I’ve liked. Even the ones that taste relatively palatable are very obviously nothing special— certainly something most people can put together on their own for far less expense and only a little extra inconvenience.    -
