This is a decent balm but nothing special. Its a bit waxy for me so I use it mostly as a nail/cuticle balm rather than on my lips. The smell is nice and I like that it is natural.

Maybelline Volum Express mascara is my usual brand so I thought I'd give the falsies version a try. I was really disappointed. The brush is a strange shape and is curved with plastic bristles only on one side so its hard to use. I didn't like how it made my lashes look, they were clumpy and looked like spider legs, not natural at all. The colour was nice and you can't beat the cost but I'll stick with the yellow tube Volum express from now on. -

I only use O.B. now, after years of trying all the competitors. I like the smaller size (shorter length), I find them a lot more comfortable but they still absorb well and I don't get leaks. I find I use fewer of them each day as they are so absorbent and leak-proof. I also like the reduced packaging over traditional tampons (there is no applicator so less waste). Not having an applicator makes them much smaller and therefore more discreet. I highly recommend the pro comfort ones over the normal O.B. as they are much easier and smoother to insert. The price is also very reasonable and you get more for your money. -

I've never had an item wear out before my kid out grows it. I love Joe's skinny jeans for myself and have a pair in almost every colour. Tops and dresses are great, as is outerwear. The only item I haven't tried is underwear. I watch for sales because sometimes the prices are a little steep, but I've never been unhappy with a garment so prices are fair. -

I started using Honest shampoo and body wash when my child was a baby and we still use it now that they're 4. I love the gentle orange scent, it isn't overpowering but leaves their hair smelling clean. A couple squirts works as a bubble bath and it lathers well on a loofah as a body wash. A half pump washes their hair, so a bottle lasts months. My child has sensitive skin and eczema but this product is gentle enough it doesn't bother them. I very highly recommend this product to all parents -

I received a bottle of Mott's Clamato Reserve free from ChickAdvisor. I am a huge caesar lover so I was very excited! I loved this product. I like that it is pre-mixed so I don't have to worry about seasonings and spices. The jalapeño puree gave my cocktail a great flavour with a bit of spice. It wasn't too spicy so it was very enjoyable. I enjoyed it with vodka as well as without and it was great either way. It was a little hard to find in stores, but I think that will improve, its just new. I would definitely buy again, and I will. I look forward to other flavors that may be released in the future. -

I received Dial Pure Micellar Foaming Hand Wash free from ChickAdvisor. We are all washing hands more thanks to COVID-19 so I was happy to try a new soap. Our family likes the foaming soaps and this one was also nice. I like that one pump is enough to wash adult hands well. The smell is nice, albeit a bit strong for me. My hands didn't feel tight but I would have liked it to be more moisturizing. I didn't notice a huge difference due to the Micellar, to be honest I don't really know what that adds. I would suggest this product to anyone looking for a foaming hand wash with a nice scent. -

I hated eating the other stuff, it was so mushy and the flavour was fake. Annie's tastes more homemade and has a strong, real cheese flavour. I feel better serving it to my family since it is organic and I know the ingredients on the label. It costs a bit more than the competitor but is absolutely worth it. I wait for sales and stock up. -

Teapigs Super Fruit Herbal Tea is a nice, refreshing and fruity tea that I enjoyed both hot and iced. I love the cranberry flavour and tartness. I like that it is caffeine-free so it can be enjoyed any time. I discovered the cost is quite high, probably more than I would ever spend but I realize this is a premium tea and would recommend to friends who appreciate a premium tea product. I received Clarins Re-boost Refreshing Moisturizing Cream free from ChickAdvisor in exchange for my honest review. I feel just meh about this cream. It felt fine on my face and I would say it was more like a gel than a cream. I didn't care for the strong perfume smell, I couldn't put it on before bed it was so overpowering. It felt nice on my skin and didn't leave an oily or thick residue. The cost isn't astronomical but my usual face cream is a bit cheaper and more effective. I won't purchase again; it wasn't for me but I wouldn't say its terrible. -
