I was at the queen west location yesterday and had a Brazilian. While the woman providing the service was nice, the service itself was not impressive. After all was said and done I was a little tender, but having had waxes quite regularly for 9 years I knew that was to be expected. The wax had been a little on the hot side, I told her, she adjusted it. Once I got home and had time to check things out I realized that I was quite red and the following morning was still newly waxed tender , I also realized that she had taken a good deal of skin off. I am really quite disappointed especially after talking about this exact thing and having the woman waxing me talk about how professionals should be better then that. I am not pleased.    -
