When I went to the dermatologist in high school complaining of acne, I had been using various harsh face washes assuming that burning = good. The dermatologist sent me home with samples of Cetaphil and it's awesome! It's so gentle, it has no smell, but it works! It really is kind and moisturizing to ones skin. (Not moisturizing in an oily way, but in a fresh way.) I have experimented with many cheap and expensive face washes over the years since then, but I always keep a bottle of cetaphil in my shower. It's a fantastic bargain, and it makes my skin very happy. -

I always get upsold when I go to Origins, which is super annoying, BUT this time I walked out with Modern Friction and it's GREAT. It's a very gentle exfoliator. (So gentle that a woman who was in the Origins with me was telling the sales lady she needs something that actually exfoliates!) It does work though. After use I notice that my skin is brighter and softer. And more importantly, the last time I used it my boyfriend even commented on how glowing my skin is! -

I have a couple of tubes of this stuff that I keep in all my different purses. I don't wear much make-up, but I always wear lip gloss. These colors are vibrant enough to be "present" and noticable, but they still look quite professional. It's quite moisturizing and has served me well this winter. (In the summer I think the extra shimmer/shine will be attractive as well!) -

This has become my favorite deodorant. I dallied with clear gels for a while, and I definitely love the lack of white marks, but I was getting yellow pit stains on my workout T's, and a friend told me that that's due to using clear gels. So I switched and tried this stuff. It works great, keeps me dry, and now I don't have yellow stains. I'm careful about applying so I have *tried* to test the "invisibility" of the prodouct, but I have not had a problem with getting white streaks anywhere. All the smells I've tried have been pleasant. -

After several years of pretty clear skin, my acne has recently flared up (not cool in your late 20s!). Since I've been won over with origins facial cleansors, I bought Spot Remover, as a topical nighttime treatment to get rid of these ugly red dots! I read the reviews on Origins which varied from "this stuff is great, it clears acne without drying, unlike other spot treatments" to "this is over-priced junk." Unfortunately, $12 later, I'm more in agreement with the later half. It's true -- it has not dried out my skin, so maybe if that is a major concern this is a product you should consider. However it failed to acheive it's purpse -- get rid of my acne! I used it every night for 2 weeks with no improvement. Am currently in the market to try something else. -
