You don’t need to use a lot and it washes out easily. My hair feels like it’s in really good condition since using it and nourished. I bleach my hair and have greys and they look less yellow and brassy. My hair isn’t as dry either and feels cared for and protected -

My hair is really hard to comb through after washing as it gets tatty and tangled. This really helps prevent that happening. The lower part and ends of my hair are super dry and frizzy so I use this for that too and again it’s really good and helps. -
