great value, texture, flavor. i like the plain because it is sooo versatile. you can add fruit and honey to it if you want something sweet, or you can use it to make dips and dressings

i love that this yogurt comes in a pouch/bag. it makes it so easy to measure and i don't have to deal with dishes. it's nice for smoothies because you can just squirt in the amount you want.

these are so easy to just grab and throw in my purse when i'm in a rush or perhaps sleep in a few minutes too long. they provide protein and real fruit and they taste great. not too expensive either
