I purchased my palette online, so I didn't see the actual colours before I purchased it. What I find frustrating is that the same product appears to have different colours on the Mabelline website. I purchased my eyeshadow from Walmart.ca, which was significantly cheaper then other stores. I do like most of the colours. I was expecting lighter shades of pinks with greys like the photo shown above. The colours are actually darker and more brown toned. After only a month, one of the eyeshadow colours I had never used broke basically in half. The top portion of the eyeshadow was on top of another colour when I opened it to do my makeup. I tried to press it back into the pot, but it was too soft. It had to be thrown out. -

I think of my Dafni straightening brush as a necessity. I suffer from a condition that causes my blood pressure to drop when I raise my arms above heart level. Straightening irons are too much work and I get exhausted doing my hair. With the Dafni, I can easily brush my hair straight. I have natural curl that basically goes frizzy if I don't use a lot of product. It used to take 20 minutes to straighten my hair with a straightening iron. These were expensive irons, not drug store brands. I can straighten my hair with the Dafni brush in 5 minutes. What I also love is that it retains a lot of body that my iron took away. The reason I rated the quality as below average, is that I have only had my brush a little over a year and now it has started to turn off while I am doing my hair. I paid $300 dollars, when it first came out, so I expected it would last longer. Maybe I just got a lemon, this happens. I know that the price has dropped, so if you are someone who has a disability or a mom short on time, I would still recommend this product. -

I found Muscle Aid Tape at my local pharmacy. After having 8 knee surgeries, I thought I would give it a try. I am amazed at how well this product works at stabilizing my knee. I have less pain and more mobility. It works so well that I can even swim with it on and it doesn't come off. After my last bilateral knee surgery, I used the tape as soon as the bandages came off and I had the fastest recovery of any of my surgeries. Within 2 weeks, I was walking with no assistance. -

I carry these with me at all times! You never know when a cold sore is going to start. Once I started to get one just as we got to the movie theatre. I was so worried the whole time, that I have no idea what movie I saw. Now I keep them in my purse so that I can apply cream and then a patch. Keeping the healing product covered not only helps it work better, but it keeps it on my lip and not on my straw or cutlery. Cold sores are extremely contagious and this helps to decrease the risk of spreading the virus. One of the worse parts about cold sores is the long healing time. Your lip gets dry and cracks and bleeds. These patches help to keep your lip moist, so you don't have the long healing time. They also offer some camouflage which makes having cold sores much more bearable. -

Quick $ saving tip...use a good Sharpener & Always sharpen it before you put your makeup on. Use a cotton swab to collect any product left on the blade and use that up first. There is usually enough that I don't have to use my pencil until the next day. -

I bought this product after my daughter asked me why I had a line in my eyeshadow. It does exactly what it says. I can wake up the next day and my eyeshadow looks perfect. I don't recommend this, but there have been nights when I forgot to remove my makeup, so I use the opportunity the next morning to save time. It seems expensive but it lasts a very long time. I use it almost every day and I haven't come close to emptying a tube. I usually replace it when it has been open too long. The very best thing is... No more lines in my eyeshadow!!! -
